Spring is just around the corner, and with it comes the highly anticipated EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival at Disney World. From March 5 to June 2, guests can immerse themselves in a botanical wonderland filled with stunning topiaries, lush gardens, exciting entertainment, exclusive Disney merchandise, and, of course, an incredible array of festival-exclusive food and drink offerings.

With over 180 delicious dishes to choose from, this year’s festival promises to be a paradise for foodies. Among the new culinary additions are the Seafood Bake and S’mores Bar at the all-new Beach Grub marketplace. Several fan-favorite dishes are also making a triumphant return, including the Beef Tenderloin Tips at Northern Bloom, the Avocado Toast at BRUNCHCOT, and the Grilled Street Corn at Beach Grub. In addition to new food items, Disney is also launching eight band-new experiences at this year’s festival.

Tiana’s Bayou Adventure and Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind will transition from a virtual queue to traditional standby lines at Disney World.

According to Disney Parks Blog, the Florida Fresh Marketplace is introducing new treats such as Conch Fritters with key lime aïoli and a Florida Strawberry Shortcake, featuring vanilla pound cake, macerated strawberries, strawberry sauce, and whipped cream. Meanwhile, at EPCOT Farmers Feast, guests can look forward to Grilled Asparagus with pancetta bacon, spring peas, and truffle-sherry vinaigrette, as well as Blueberry Crumble Cake with blueberry-lemon zest soft-serve and blueberry compote. Other must-try items from this marketplace include Grilled Peaches and Burrata with prosciutto, a Warm Corn Cookie topped with sweet corn soft-serve and brûléed corn, and a Peach Cobbler with cinnamon gelato and streusel topping.

Adding to the festival’s culinary lineup is the brand-new Beach Grub Marketplace, where coastal flavors take center stage. The highlight here is the Seafood Bake, a hearty dish packed with shrimp, mussels, clams, andouille sausage, red potatoes, corn on the cob, persillade butter, and white wine broth, all served with grilled sourdough. For dessert, guests can indulge in the S’mores Bar, a rich fudge brownie topped with dark chocolate, toasted meringue, and smoked graham cracker.

Another fresh addition to the festival is Yacht Grub, which is inspired by Disney’s Yacht Club Resort. This new booth serves upscale, nautical-inspired bites. Guests can enjoy the Trio of Dips and Chips, featuring caramelized onion dip, whipped feta dip, and pimento cheese with house-made potato chips and caviar. Also on the menu is the Meat Assorti, a gourmet selection of beef bresaola, prosciutto ham, and salami, paired with baby arugula, pickled mustard seeds, tomato jam, truffle oil, and grilled ciabatta. For those who love a twist on a classic, Refreshment Port is serving up Provence Poutine, featuring Herbes de Provence-seasoned French fries topped with goat brie, lavender honey, hazelnut croquant, and fresh lavender.

Other festival locations are also rolling out new flavors. Connections Eatery is debuting a Lemon-Lavender Baumkuchen and a Carrot Cake Liege Waffle topped with candied pecans and cream cheese icing. At Magnolia Terrace, guests can savor Grilled Gulf Oysters with Cajun andouille sausage butter and lemon. Over at La Isla Fresca, new offerings include Jamaican Jerk Chicken, a Seafood Cevichem, and a plant-based Coconut-Chocolate Flancocho, combining chocolate cake, coconut custard, and passion fruit caramel. With so many new and returning favorites, the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival 2025, which takes place from March 5 to June 2, is set to be an unforgettable experience.
