Disney Dreamlight Valley‘s Tales of Agrabah update takes players to the streets of a storm-ravaged Agrabah in the Aladdin Realm. After rescuing Aladdin with Jasmine’s help, it’s time to help restore Agrabah to its former glory by fixing up some of its market stalls in Disney Dreamlight Valley‘s ‘Brave the Storm’ quest. ‘Brave the Storm’ is the second Aladdin Realm quest and is another step toward unlocking Aladdin, Jasmine, and the Magic Carpet.

Dreamers must collect the remnants of three wishes to wield the Gold Map and save Agrabah in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

However, there are several steps to follow in ‘Brave the Storm,’ so you might struggle to find some of the stall repair supplies around the maze-like streets of Agrabah, where it can be easy to get lost at times. Fortunately, ‘Brave the Storm’ only takes place in and around the South Market, so it shouldn’t give you too much trouble if you’re eager to proceed to the next quest in the tale.

‘Brave the Storm’ becomes available as soon as you complete the first quest in the Aladdin Realm called ‘The Ancient Revealed.’ After re-uniting Jasmine and Aladdin, ‘Brave the Storm’ kicks off with you helping Aladdin search for building materials to help restore the South Market. After completing ‘The Ancient Revealed,’ speak with Aladdin to begin the quest.

When starting ‘Brave the Storm,’ the first step is to speak with Aladdin, who you can find standing near the roof’s edge. It’s time to grab some building materials to make walkways to help you reach the South Market.

Scavenge Building Materials From The South-East Rooftops

Fortunately, everything you need to reach the South Market is already nearby. Use your Royal Pickaxe to break the nearby Sandstone Rocks and move the large wooden barrel to reveal and collect the following building supplies:

  • Pile of Planks – Behind the Sandstone Rocks opposite Jasmine.
  • Fine Rope – Behind the two Sandstone Rocks next to Jasmine.
  • Timber Stack – At the corner of the rooftop behind the wooden barrel and Sandstone Rocks.

Once you’ve collected the above items, place all three items on the roof’s edge in front of Aladdin to make a bridge by interacting with the roof’s edge. You can now cross the bridge with Aladdin to reach the other side, where you must talk to Aladdin twice, once in front of the Sandstone Rocks ahead and a second time after breaking them.

During the Breaking Through quest, players must collect a lot of materials in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

Find A Way Down To The South Market Using What You’ve Learned

To reach the South Market, grab the Wooden Plank, Fine Rope, and Timber Stack from behind the Sandstone Rocks up ahead, and interact with the roof edge on the left to make a bridge by adding the Plank you picked up. Before heading across the bridge, there’s also a Pile of Planks and another Fine Rope to collect just around the corner from where Aladdin is.

Travel across the wooden bridge you made and grab the Timber Stack and Pile of Planks ahead. Interact with the ledge on the right and add the following materials you picked up to make a wooden structure that you can walk across using:

  • One Fine Rope
  • One Timber Stack
  • One Pile of Planks

Head across the structure and use the same materials again to make another makeshift walkway to cross. Cross the walkway and turn left, using your Pickaxe on the wooden structure to your left, creating a slope that takes you to the South Market. There’s also another Timber Stack to grab on the right. Descend the wooden slope into the South Market to talk to Aladdin again. There are quite a few materials to collect along the way, so the video below shows you how to find and use everything you need to reach the South Market:

Use The Rose Water And Search The Wreckage For Stall Repairs

Next up in ‘Brave the Storm,’ Aladdin wants you to help repair the market stalls wrecked by the storm and gives you some Rose Water to help clear the smell of rotting fruit. Select and use the Rose Water in your inventory to get started, then search the South Market for the following stall repair supplies:

  • x3 Something sticky – Use your Royal Watering Can on what is known as Sticky Fouled Fruit Sugars found in piles around the South Market (near the steps, in the small alley behind the two Dust Devils, and near the wooden plank walkway you made opposite the crafting table).
  • x3 Fine Rope – In the small alley near the Dust Devils, in the second alley opposite the crafting table, and tucked in the corner by the steps.
  • x3 Timber Stack – In the corner at the bottom of the plank walkway you made and in the second alley opposite the crafting table.
  • x3 Bolts of Silk – Found in the small alley behind the Dust Devils, the second alley opposite the crafting table, and by the dust devil near the steps.

Avoid touching the roaming Dust Devils while searching for stall repair supplies, as they’ll send you back to your last safe spot if you run into them.

Craft The Stall Repair Kits And Repair The Stalls

Speaking to Aladdin in the South Market in Brave the Storm Aladdin Realm quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Talk to Aladdin in the South Market again once you’ve grabbed all the items above. It’s time to craft three Stall Repair Kits using the materials you gathered on the crafting table in the South Market, which you can spot by its purple cloth.

You can see the Stall Repair Kits in the Crafting Recipes menu under the Functional Items tab.

You can now use the Stall Repair Kits to repair the three stalls around the South Market nearby, which should be easy to spot as three stall wreckage piles are in the same area near where Aladdin and Jasmine are standing. Approach and interact with each stall to repair it, which gives you a bag of Market Resources for each stall repaired. After fixing all three stalls, speak to Aladdin in the South Market to complete the ‘Brave the Storm’ quest and trigger the next Aladdin TadsasdRealm quest called ‘Monkey Business,’ where you meet some mischievous monkeys with an eye for shiny things.
