The “Sanctum of Prophecy” Janusopolis is one of two new areas introduced in Version 3.1 of Honkai: Star Rail. Players first access this area while uncovering the past of Tribios, the Holy Maiden of Janusopolis and the first Chrysos Heir to attain demigod status. The Sanctum of Prophecy is filled with chests, puzzles, and lore-rich discoveries, including Enlightenments and Fragments of Recollection.
There are a total of four Enlightenments and three Fragments of Recollection within the Sanctum of Prophecy. Interacting with all of them not only reveals additional lore about the area but also unlocks two hidden achievements. All Enlightenment Locations in “Sanctum of Prophecy” Janusopolis
Location#1 – Archive of Prophecies
It is recommended that players complete the mission Passage, Reveal the Past Once More, the final part of the 13th Trailblaze Mission, Light Slips the Gate, Shadow Greets the Throne. This mission not only takes players to the Sanctum of Prophecy but also grants access to areas containing the Enlightenments.
The first Enlightenment is located near the Space Anchor in the Archive of Prophecies, just at the bottom of the staircase. For players who haven’t unlocked this particular Space Anchor, use the one at the top of the map (Theophany Altar). From there, head up the long staircase, turn left (east on the map), and use Janus’ Hidden Passage to reach the Archive of Prophecies.
Location #2 – Temple Entrance
The next Enlightenment is located on the long bridge in the mid-section of the map, leading towards the temple. Players can use the Space Anchor at the southern end of the bridge, Worshiper’s Footpath. The Enlightenment can be found just a few steps north of the Space Anchor, next to a group of three NPCs.
Location #3 – “Throne of Worlds” Kephale
The third Enlightenment is located near the previous one, so players won’t need to teleport to a different Space Anchor. Instead of heading north from Worshiper’s Footpath, go west. The Enlightenment can be found just before the dead end, with Kephale, the Worldbearing Titan, visible in the distant background
Location #4 – Janus Vault
The final Enlightenment in the Sanctum of Prophecy is located in the Janus Vault at the southernmost tip of the map. This is where the coreflame of Janus, the Titan of Passage, was held before being taken by Tribios. Players can take the End of the Gate Space Anchor, where the Enlightenment can be found right next to it at the bottom of the stairs. After interacting with all four Enlightenments, players will unlock the hidden achievement I Call Upon The Final Dawn, found under The Memories We Share.
All Fragments of Recollection Locations in “Sanctum of Prophecy” Janusopolis
Location #1 – Holy Maiden’s Room
The first Fragment of Recollection is found in the Holy Maiden’s room, where Tribios spent her childhood. This room is located beneath the Archive of Prophecies, the same area as the first Enlightenment. The underground staircase leading to it becomes accessible during the early stages of the mission Passage, Reveal the Past Once More. After interacting with the Fragment, be sure to listen to Tribios’ past conversation with her mother.
Location #2 – Temple Entrance
The second Fragment of Recollection is on the same bridge leading to the temple, where the second Enlightenment was located. Use the Worshiper’s Footpath Space Anchor to the south, then head a few steps northwest. The Fragment sits on the opposite side of the Enlightenment. As with the first, remember to listen to the past conversation it reveals.
Location #3 – Janus Vault
The final Fragment of Recollection in the Sanctum of Prophecy is located in the Janus Vault, the same area as the fourth Enlightenment. Use the End of the Gate Space Anchor in the south, and the Fragment will be visible right in front of it. After listening to this memory, players will unlock the hidden achievement Sanctuary Silenced by Fate, also found under The Memories We Share.
