Achievements have been a major feature of World of Warcraft for a long time. First added in Wrath of the Lich King, achievements became something that players could pursue if they were interested. Achievements vary in difficulty, ranging from things that can be completed easily, like collecting 10 mounts to more difficult tasks like going the extra mile in endgame content like Dungeons and Raids.
The “Glory of” meta-achievements have always been intended for players who seek to do everything there is to do in endgame content. By completing all the achievements listed under these meta-achievements, players can earn unique rewards like mounts. Delves now have their own meta-achievement known as “Glory of the Delver”, and here is how you can complete it.

Updated on February 26, 2025 by Paul Woodward: With the release of Season 2, Glory of the Delver has gotten some adjustments. Several achievements have been removed from Glory of the Delver, including reaching Tier 8 Delves and I TAKE Candle! You still need to kill a Delve Nemesis, but the achievement required has been updated to the Season 2 Nemesis, Underpin. Several achievements have had their requirements expanded, like Leave No Treasure Unfound and Delve Loremaster: War Within. If you’ve already unlocked these achievements, you won’t have to go and do all the stories and find all the sturdy chests in the new Season 2 Delves.
How to Complete Glory of the Delver
Glory of the Delver is a meta-achievement that consists of 10 achievements related to endgame Delves. Before you can start working on this achievement, you will want to make sure you have reached Level 80 and unlocked up to at least Tier 8 Delves. The achievements are as follows, and specifics for each achievement are included below.

Delve Loremaster: War Within
For this achievement, you will need to complete every version of each War Within Delve. This excludes Zekvir’s Lair, as there are no rotating stories in that Delve. The objective of each Delve rotates daily, and since some of the Delves have 3 or more versions, this achievement can take some time to complete.
Leave No Treasure Unfound
This achievement is unlocked when you find all Sturdy Chests in every Delve. You do not need to find all Sturdy Chests in one run. Some Sturdy Chests only appear in certain stories. For example, there is a chest that only spawns during “From the Weaver with Love” in the Spiral Weave.
Sporesweeper
To complete this achievement, go to either Fungal Folly or Mycomancer Cavern and then clear it on Tier 8 without getting hit by the explosion caused by the floating spores. It is okay if a spore is following you, just do not be in the circle when it explodes. If you get the poison debuff, you failed the achievement. Brann and pets do not cause this achievement to fail, so don’t worry if they are standing next to the spore as it detonates.
Just Keep Swimming
This is one of the easiest achievements for Glory of the Delver. You must complete either the Sinkhole or Tak-Rethan Abyss on Tier 8 without running out of air. This can easily be cheesed by using a water breathing potion. This achievement can be a little buggy sometimes, so it may take a few attempts to get it to unlock.

Spider Senses
In order to complete this achievement, you must clear either Earthcrawl Mines or Dread Pit on Tier 8 without spawning a Nerubian from a web or getting hit by Nerubian Eggs. The webs can be fairly difficult to get out of depending on what story is active, so it is easier to do Dread Pit when the active story is Kobold Kidnapping.
At this point, all you will have to worry about is the Nerubian Eggs. As long as you don’t walk into them or directly attack them, this achievement will unlock when you beat the boss.
Daystormer
In Nightfall Sanctum, you will see the purple circles that expand and then shrink. You must complete Nightfall Sanctum on Tier 8 without ever touching one of these circles. For the most part, it is pretty easy to avoid these circles. The biggest challenge is the one that moves during the boss fight at the end.
My First Nemesis/My New Nemesis
This is arguably the hardest achievement in Glory of the Delver. To complete this achievement, you must defeat the current Delve Nemesis. For Season 1, that was Zekvir. For Seson 2, that is Underpin in the Undermine. You only need to beat this powerful foe on normal difficulty to unlock this achievement, but if you want to get all Delve-related rewards then you will want to try and defeat them solo on the hardest difficulty.
Brann Development
To complete this achievement, you will need to get Brann to Level 25. Brann earns XP from Delves all the way up to Level 15, and at that point he only earns EXP from Bountiful Delves. Keep doing Bountiful Delves and Brann will eventually reach Level 25.
