The character being cosplayed is a legendary Pokemon with above-average base stats, particularly in Attack and Speed. Ogerpon possesses some powerful moves in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet, including physical attacks like Ivy Cudgel and Wood Hammer. Although a Grass-type, Ogerpon can also learn a variety of other moves, including Fighting-type and Dark-type.
