March Will Be A Massive Month For the Boruto Manga
The Boruto manga will be reaching a huge milestone. Here’s why.
Oddly enough, a new illustration was released for the Boruto anime, even though it is on a hiatus. It features some interesting characters, one of whom actually has a huge role to play in the current manga chapters.
The Newest Boruto Illustration
The Illustration Features Gaara and Shinki
The Boruto anime has been on hiatus for quite some time now. The anime went on the hiatus back in early 2023, and has been on a break since. The show stopped airing on episode 293.
With that said, the anime just got a new visual illustration. This came as a shocker to many fans as anime series only usually get illustrations when they are releasing episodes, as it is a way of advertising the series and bringing in more viewers.
Nevertheless, Boruto fans are happy with the illustration. This illustration features a very beloved character from the Naruto and Boruto world, Gaara. Gaara is also accompanied by his adoptive son, Shinki, as well as his brother, Kankuro. They can be seen in a market with some children in this visual.
Is the Boruto Anime Returning?
Some fans might hope for the anime to return since it is getting random visuals, like this illustration, however, for now, there are no signs of the anime making a comeback.
Fans would have to wait for an official announcement, or something of the sort. The anime will likely remain on hiatus for the foreseeable future, and if the anime does return, its format won’t be like it used to be. The Boruto anime was dealing with massive production issues due to its tremendous number of filler episodes.
Fans can only hope the anime returns someday, and when it does, it’s actually better. Perhaps, Boruto will return as a seasonal anime, as they will allow for better pacing and animation, and a lot less fillers. It would definitely be great for fans to get to see Two Blue Vortex get an anime adaptation.
Where To Watch Boruto?
Available on Crunchyroll
While the Boruto anime is on a hiatus, fans can still watch and enjoy the episodes that are already out. After all, there are almost 300 episodes worth of content, though a lot of them are filler.
The whole Boruto anime, as well as the Naruto anime, can be found on Crunchyroll to stream.
