Sour Berry Pie Recipe in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Being a three-star dish, Sour Berry Pie calls for three different ingredients:

  • 1 x Wheat
  • 1x Sour Berry
  • 1 x Shovel Bird Egg.

The good news is that all these ingredients are easy to get. Unlike some other recipes, you won’t have to wait hours for anything to grow, and they won’t cost you a ton of Star Coins either.

How to Get Wheat in Dreamlight Valley

Wheat is a useful ingredient required for dozens of meals. The easiest way to get it is by buying its seeds from Goofy’s Stall for just 1 Star Coin. You can find these seeds in Peaceful Meadow (main valley) and Ancient Landing (Eternity Isle).

Once you have the seeds, grab your shovel, dig a hole, plant them, and wait one minute to harvest fresh Wheat.

How to Get Sour Berries

To get Sour Berries, players need to head to The Bind biome in Storybook Vale. There, look for Sour Berry Trees and interact with them to harvest three berries.

Sour Berries are used in many recipes, including Cape Gooseberry Sour Fondue, Merryweather’s Gingersnaps, and A Very Unusual Tea Time. Since fans only need one berry for Sour Berry Pie, they can eat the extras to gain 400 energy.

How to Get Shovel Bird Eggs

The last ingredient you need is a Shovel Bird Egg. Fans can buy it from Goofy in The Bind for 160 Star Coins. However, it will only be available after you upgrade the stall, so if you haven’t done that yet, you’ll need to spend some Star Coins.

After acquiring all the items, combine them at any cooking station to make Sour Berry Pie. This will add the dish to your Storybook Vale meal collection.
