The second Pop-Up Exhibition in Two Point Museum‘s campaign brings you to Remote Rock, an isolated desert mesa. You need to get enough people into the museum to generate a large amount of Buzz in just one in-game year. The museum has plenty of staff and Exhibits to showcase, so it’s up to you to make the most of them.

As long as you have a plan from the start, the Marketing Exhibition is one of the easier Pop-Ups to get a Gold rating in. Just follow this guide, and you’ll be able to get it in one go.
Scenario Goals
Remote Rock features a mid-size museum with a decent collection of Supernatural and Botany Exhibits. Its most valuable (and Buzziest) pieces are its three Hemogobbler Plants at the very rear of the exhibit hall. However, the museum is sparsely decorated, and while its layout is much better than that of the Security Exhibition, it could still do with some optimizing.
Your goal is to earn as much Buzz as possible from guests viewing Exhibits by the end of the first year. You only need to reach a Bronze rating to continue the main campaign, but if you still haven’t unlocked the Exhibition Expert Achievement/Trophy for getting a Gold rating in a Pop-Up, this is an easy way to get it.
Rating |
Total Buzz Earned |
---|---|
Bronze |
30,000 |
Silver |
60,000 |
Gold |
80,000 |
Marketing Strategy
Despite the scenario being a Marketing challenge, the museum doesn’t start wtih any Marketing Rooms. Pause as soon as the mission starts and build two Marketing Rooms so that your Rank 15 Assistants can get to work. Have one of them continuously repeat an Elaborate Museum Campaign to boost your attendance rate as much as possible, while the other alternates between fulfilling secondary objectives to earn Perks and running Supernatural Exhibit Campaigns to maximize your Buzz efficiency.
You could always build a third Marketing Room, then hire and train another Assistant, and do all three, if you wanted.

What To Build
While you’re paused, take the time to fully decorate the Exhibit Rooms to maximize the Buzz of every piece on display. It’s also a good idea to install Speakers with the appropriate ambience along the walls, as this will increase the Buzz guests gain by a further ten percent.
Remember to pay attention to Buzz Bonuses on Exhibits, as some need particular Decorations like Candles to get their full rating. Every point counts.
It’s also a good idea to move the Fossils in the left and right wings closer to the central hall, so that guests have less distance to walk if they want to see them; try putting them in place of the Hemogobbler Plants after moving them (see below).
Where To Put The Hemogobbler Plants
The Hemogobbler Plants are the star of the show, as they have the highest Buzz rating of any piece in your museum. However, their ability to turn guests into Vampires makes them even more valuable. For that reason, you should move them to the front of the museum at the very start of the scenario.
Clear out the small room past the Ticket Booths (the first one that guests will enter), moving the Exhibits that start there into the main Supernatural Exhibit Hall. If you need to make room, move the Seance Simulator into storage, since its long queues can delay guests from seeing other Exhibits.
Once the entry room is clear, put the Hemogobbler Plants there, with full Botany Decorations and speakers for Ambience. That way, they’ll start turning guests into Vampires right away. Vampires get additional Buzz when viewing Supernatural Exhibits, so it’s much better to transform guests before they start looking around rather than at the end of their visit.
Goth guests will leave a great review and donate heavily if they get turned into Vampires, which doesn’t directly help the scenario goal but is a nice bonus.
