Huge enhancements could be coming to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate’s, making the subscription more appealing than ever.

Just over a month after the addition of Xbox Cloud Gaming to LG smart TVs, the streaming service has undergone some new changes courtesy of the latest Xbox system update for February 2025. One of the most notable features in this update is the ability to generate direct invite links for multiplayer games via Xbox Cloud Gaming. Players can simply start a multiplayer session through the cloud by opening the Xbox tab, navigating to game invites, and selecting “Anyone.” This generates a unique link which can then be shared with friends, and those receiving the invite only need an Xbox account and an active Game Pass Ultimate subscription to jump in. It’s worth noting that this feature is currently available only on web browsers through Xbox’s official website and Samsung smart TVs.
