Summary

  • Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 is pretty much confirmed via various avenues.
  • Singapore’s ratings board confirms the game’s release for 2025.
  • Activision has teased new content, possibly hinting at additional skaters and parks.

Everything but an official announcement is left to confirm that Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 will be released soon. Back in September last year, the legendary skater himself said that “there will be a future” for the series. Things started ramping up when another skater revealed he was in the game, which was proceeded by a teaser in a Call of Duty Black Ops 6 map.

The studio (now Blizzard Albany) deserves better after doing a fantastic job with Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2.

More recently, the Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater website launched a countdown to a big reveal, of which datamines confirmed it would be a remaster of Pro Skater 3+4. Everything is pointing to a remaster of 3 + 4. However, if you’re still not convinced that the remaster will be announced, we just received more proof.

Singapore Ratings Board Confirms Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 Is Releasing In 2025

As spotted by Gematsu, The Infocomm Media Development Authority of Singapore has rated Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, PC, and Nintendo Switch. While no concrete release date has been shared, the rating slated it for a 2025 launch. We’ll get more information on March 4, once the countdown ends.

Meanwhile, Activision is still teasing what we’ll see in the final launch. Perhaps we’ll be getting new content as well, as a social media post by Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater shared pictures of the man himself, a date of 3/4/25, and a progress bar below that reads “Loading New Parks”.

Skaters Steve Caballero, Kareem Campbell, Rodney Mullen, and Eric Koston were also present in other pictures. While that’s a bit vague, it might be a hint that the Pro Skater 3 + 4 remaster will feature additional content.

A mod for Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2 already allows you to use maps for the third game. Fans of the series have been using this mod in the huge gap between the two remasters, but they’ll soon be able to skate around on the officially made maps pretty soon.
