How To Obtain The Glimmerfin Suit
To get the Glimmerfin Suit, you will need to go down to Volcanic Vents and complete one simple task there. You need to upgrade your submarine using the upgrade station, which requires gathering some resources but promises to be easy. Along with the suit, completing this task will give you a Heat Upgrade for your submarine.
Bring the resources to the upgrade station, which is located at the following coordinates: -3495, -2255, 3825.

How To Upgrade The Glimmerfin Suit
You can also upgrade the Glimmerfin Suit twice more, which will allow you to survive in the coldest temperatures as well. In this case, the temperature meter will stay at 37 degrees and will not be able to rise or fall while the suit is worn.
