MultiVersus is back (for a few more weeks), and they’ve got some items to grab too. When you head back to the multi-dimensional world of the fighter, you’re still able to access a new MultiVersus Redeem Code system. This is a way for players to unlock a skin, Gleamium, and potentially more new cosmetics as the game.
Lots of games have systems to redeem codes. Typically, a developer will give out a code online for some players to claim a prize. Anyone in the know can then use the redeem section to unlock these goodies. So far, MultiVersus skins and items haven’t really been given away this way. However, at launch, there is a decent number of MultiVersus redeem codes were available for a couple of launch items. This is how they work and how you can redeem the items in-game.

MultiVersus Codes – Free Item Codes
With the relaunch of MultiVersus, there are a number of codes that are being given away. Particularly with a batch of Day 1 codes. Although, now the game is being slowed down, there aren’t any more codes coming. There’s no current codes in the game right now. And it doesn’t seem particularly likely we’ll get any more.
Expired MultiVersus Codes
There aren’t any active codes right now. However, there have been quite a few in the past. Most of these were only originally active for five minutes or so, just a nice treat for anyone watching the stream.

A lot of the MultiVersus redeem codes aren’t active since we’re past the start of the game’s full release. Expired codes shouldn’t work anymore, so you can’t unlock these free items at this point.
How to Redeem MultiVersus Codes
How can you actually access items once more free MultiVersus codes are added? It’s being done using your Warner Games account and through a web browser. These are the steps to redeem a code:
- Go to the code redeem site
- Log in

- Enter the MultiVersus Redeem Code
Once it’s all done, going back into the game should see things unlocked in-game! Provided you can get past the MultiVersus authentication issue.
Are More Codes Coming?
Probably not.
MultiVersus is shutting down, and that means it’s going offline forever. Players won’t able to ply online pretty soon, they’ll be stuck with whatever they have unlocked for offline play. This means the entire system for redeeming codes will be gone. Along with no developers there to even make the items for you to unlock in the first place.
With MultiVersus shutting down, we might see some players offer unofficial servers for the game which could include items being more reels available. This is the end of the road for officially playing MultiVersus though.
