One pretty interesting side story occurs during The Lion’s Den quest in the game. The side activity that occurs during the main quest is known as Like Old Times, and it features an interaction between Hans and Henry. Here, we will guide you on how to trigger and complete it easily.
How To Trigger Like Old Times Quest
This is a missable task, so make sure to trigger it and complete it during The Lion’s Den main quest. In order to trigger this special quest, you would need to talk to Hans Capon right after the meeting between him and Henry.
After starting the conversation with Hans, he will want to thank you. Choose the “No need to thank me” option and then “Duty Calls”. Next, choose the “A just reward!” option and finish the conversation with the “Let’s go!” option.
When done, head over to the coordinates marked on your map. Follow Hans on the horse, and once you are at the location, talk to Hans. You will both notice that some soldiers from Sigismund camp are there.
Now, you have three options. You can either talk to them, fight them head-on, or kill them all stealthily. If you choose the option “Let’s talk to them”, you will need to win the skill checks, and if you succeed, the whole fight section will be skipped.
If you choose the “Let’s get at them!” option, you and Hans will rush at them. Defeat all the five enemies to complete the objective. Upon choosing the third option, “I’ll do it on my own. Nice and quiet,” you would need to kill all the soldiers without alarming them.
It is better to choose the second option as the fight won’t be that hard.
Don’t choose the fourth option, as if you do, you will fail the task. After the fight, talk to Hans Capon, and the fun side activity will be over.
