The Eerie Season in Infinity Nikki‘s 1.3 update brings plenty of new content for players to enjoy, including event-related activities set up around Wishfield that promise some exciting rewards. Such activities are rare opportunities that you don’t want to miss out on while they’re available.

One such activity in Infinity Nikki that will have you heading back out into Breezy Meadow is the Bullquet Care Day Event. If you want to participate in this activity centered around Wishfield’s most glamorous bovine, then you will need to know what’s involved and how to earn its rewards.

How to Unlock Bullquet Care Day Event in Infinity Nikki

The Bullquet Care Day Event is one of the many special event activities in Infinity Nikki‘s 1.3 Eerie Season update, and it’s one that can be unlocked very early on in the game. Players only need to complete the ‘Accident at the Clothing Store’ quest in Chapter 1 of the main story questline. Once that is fulfilled, the first objective for the event will automatically unlock in the ‘Bullquet Care Day’ tab of the Events Menu.

How to Complete Bullquet Care Day Event in Infinity Nikki

The Bullquet Care Day Event takes place at the Bullquet Temporary Observation Camp in Breezy Meadow (far north of the Bullquet’s normal habitat). The Meadow Wharf Warp Spire is the closest teleport option, if you have it unlocked.

The event consists of two main parts that players need to pay attention to. The first part is the ‘Care Notes’, which includes three quests to complete in sequential order. The second part is ‘Color-changing Tales’, which also includes three quests. Upon completing each of them, you’ll receive a variation of Diamonds, Bling, Threads of Purity, and Shining Particles.

Bullquet, Perk Up!

Travel to the Bullquet Temporary Observation Camp in Breezy Meadow and speak to Luni. Afterward, seek out Professor Romito at the Meadow Wharf and speak to him. He claims he’s lost his luggage that contained the Starlight Scallops needed to treat the Bullquet. Gather 3 x Starlight Scallops (if you don’t have them already) and bring them to Romito.

Next, travel to the Bullquet’s Habitat which is much further south in Breezy Meadow, southwest of Lakeside Hill (you can track its location via the Quest menu). The closest Warp Spires are either Lakeside Hill Lane to the east or the Abandoned Fanatic Wisher Camp Outpost to the west.

Meet up with Luni and Romito who explain using the Soothing Aroma Vial to help the lethargic Bullquet recover. It requires ingredients that you must gather for each Aroma Formula. However, you first need to go over and groom the Bullquet. Use your Afternoon Shine bug-catching ability outfit to relieve the Bullquet of Bustleflies, then use your Bye-Bye Dust grooming ability outfit to groom it. Once that’s done, you can then focus on fulfilling the ingredient requirements for the Aroma Formulas.

  • For the first Aroma Formula, you need 12 of any fruit found in Breezy Meadow. Qualifying items include Buttoncones, Starlit Plums, Lampchilis, Woolfruit, and Seed Pearls.
  • For the second Aroma Formula, you need 12 of any shellfish also found in Breezy Meadow. Qualifying items include Pearly Shells and Starlight Scallops.
  • The third and final Aroma Formula requires 12 of any plant that only appears in certain weather conditions or during a certain time of day. Qualifying items include Sunny Orchids, Rainy Orchids, Aromalilies, Sizzpollen, and Blastpollen.

Once you have everything gathered, return to the Soothing Aroma Vial and submit your items for the first formula. The Bullquet will start to perk back up and its coat will even change color. This completes the first quest. Speak to Romito nearby to pick up the next event quest.

While you’re at it, you can also treat the Bullquet two more times with the other formulas and see more color changes.

Researchers, Reporting In!

Romito puts Nikki and Momo in charge of finding two of his researchers over in Florawish. Vicenzo can be found at Flora Wharf near the newsstand, while Anita is at the Stylist’s Guild. You can use the Quest Menu to track both of their locations easily.

Find and speak to both of them, and help Vicenzo find the Bullquet Temporary Observation Camp in an overhead photo. Afterward, return to Romito at the Bullquet Habitat and the quest will be completed.

Hand Over the Formula!

Return to the Bullquet Temporary Observation Camp and walk over to the small tent near the back where the Cowardly Male Researcher is standing and talking to himself. Wait until nightfall (22:00-4:00; use the Run Pear-Pal feature if need be) to find out who has been talking about a new Aroma Formula inside the tent. Speak to them at the right time, and they will refuse to hand over the formula idea until Nikki passes a test.

Search the camp for different books about the Bullquet and Queen Philomia’s history. When you’re ready, return to the Bullquet Enthusiast’s tent to answer two questions:

  • What did Tesere’s ancestors present to Queen Philomia that earned them a great reward? Answer: A tapestry of Queen Philomia
  • How many times did Samuel follow the white figure through the fog? Answer: Seven times

After answering the questions, the Bullquet Enthusiast will ask you to gather and bring them 3 x Foodie Bees. After doing so, they will give Nikki a hint about how to complete the formula. It will require a perfect balance of plants, fruits, and shellfish. With that, the quest concludes.

All Color-changing Tales Quests

Color Change, Big Opportunity

You can pick this Random quest up at the Bullquet Temporary Observation Camp from Kuirino, the young man in the blue trenchcoat and fedora standing outside the blue tent. He requests Bullquet Felt to continue his research into color-changing fabric, which you can gather from the Bullquet by grooming it. Once done, return to Kuirino and give him the Bullquet Felt. The quest will then conclude.

Snap! Capture the Healthy Moment

Go over and talk to Fournier in the Bullquet Temporary Observation Camp, the young man in the chef’s outfit (you should recognize him from Florawish). To help him, Nikki needs to take a photo of the Bullquet with shiny fur on a leisurely walk.

To accomplish this, go back to the Bullquet’s Habitat and make sure that the Bullquet is groomed. Next, look for a good vantage point in its habitat and open Photo Mode. You need to capture a photo of the Bullquet while it’s walking around the area. Wait until you get the prompt and snap your picture. Return to Chef Fournier afterward and show him the picture. The quest will then conclude.

Developing Color-changing Dye

For the last quest, travel to the Lakeside Hill area of Breezy Meadow and follow the main path west (you can track the quest’s location via the Bullquet Care Day event tab). Keep going until you find Lucien standing on the path. He speaks of trying to complete a formula and only needs 3 x Sunny Orchids to complete it.

Go and gather them if you haven’t already (plenty can be found around Florawish) and offer them to Lucien. The quest will then conclude.
