Fallout London is one of the most impressive mods to release in recent years, not just for a Fallout game, but any game at all. Featuring its own fully-voiced story and unique characters, outfits, quests and weapons, it is truly a comprehensive Fallout experience in its own right.

Throughout the game world, you will encounter all manner of mutated enemies, tyrannical factions and crazed robots, so it helps to have a suitable arsenal at hand. Fortunately, Fallout London is filled with different weapons, the majority of which can be further customized and upgraded. These weapons are among the very best in the game and will serve any Wayfarer who uses them well.

Dirty Weldy

A Debilitating Laser Rifle

The Dirty Weldy is a unique laser rifle that fires out a form of explosive laser ammunition which bursts like a mine and staggers targets on impact. It is most effective when aimed at the feet of enemies and will more often than not send them to the floor.

In terms of damage, it is also fairly good and will deal with most low-to-mid level enemies without any problems. The gun can be found at the Elephant & Castle roundabout inside a small concrete structure.

Carmine

Two-Handed Medieval Brutality

The Carmine is one of the most powerful weapons in the game and can be perfect for berserker-style builds or in the hands of Mad Jack the companion. Delivering a huge amount of damage does come at a cost of a slower swing, but most enemies will not be able to withstand more than a few hits.

The weapon can be acquired by completing the side quest for Beefy on London Bridge (not to be confused with the more grandiose Tower Bridge). After finishing the quest and unlocking the bridge as a customizable settlement, it will also be possible to trade with Beefy to get the weapon.

The Clash

A Stylish Submachine Gun

When it comes to SMGs in Fallout London, not many can match The Clash in terms of its balanced power, fire rate and accuracy, as well as its unique style. Another great advantage of The Clash is its extensive modification options, which can make it even more powerful.

A Fast & Sharp, Carved Machete

The Sacrificial Blade is a unique machete and one of the best melee weapons in the game. In addition to delivering heavy damage, it also has a very fast swing speed, enabling consecutive attacks.

The blade can be acquired from the London Mithraeum where it can be looted from the body of cultists. Collecting the various CuteThulu dolls around the game-world will lead players to explore this location.

Loki

High-Powered Plasma Revolver

The Loki Pistol is an awesome unique Plasma pistol which fires like a revolver. While this does come at the cost of a fairly limited ammo capacity, the output of this weapon is devastating, with each shot feeling more like a grenade than a regular cartridge.

Loki makes for an excellent side arm and is great for taking down robots in particular. Unfortunately, to unlock this weapon you will have to complete the Crystal Maze puzzle, one of the toughest and most confusing missions in the game.

She Who Dares

Supremely Destructive Semi-Auto Shotgun

Named after the famous SAS motto “who dares wins”, She Who Dares is an extremely powerful unique combat shotgun which is ideal forslaughtering Hooligans, Ghouls and other lightly armored enemies.

Expect quite a gory mess when using this gun, especially if upgraded with a stronger variety of shells. To get this weapon, you will need to complete the Tommies side quest “The Lost Tommies”.

General Redcoat

A Highly Accurate Bolt Action Rifle

The General Redcoat is one of the strongest bolt-action rifles in the game, even in its relatively unmodified stock condition. A range of upgrades can also be applied which elevate it to being virtually unstoppable, even my stronger enemies such as Fiends.

To acquire the General Redcoat, players will need to progress through the main questline and side with the Camelot Knights. After defeating the Tommies while sided with Camelot, the weapon can then be taken from the body of General Asquith.

Hans Flamethrower

Turns Enemies Into Toast

Hans’ Flamethrower is an extremely powerful flamethrower ideal for melting ghouls and human enemies. Not many targets can withstand a burst of its flames, and it can also set fire to oil puddles in the environment for additional damage.

To acquire the flamethrower, players will need to complete the side mission Das Boote Von Anderen aboard the U-96 submarine near London Bridge. Additionally, Hans also has a supremely powerful Luger pistol, which can be obtained by betraying and killing him after the quest.

The Queen’s Gambit

The Ultimate Hunting Rifle

The Queen’s Gambit is undoubtedly the most powerful ranged weapon in the game, and can virtually one-shot all but the strongest of targets. It fires using a level-action mechanism, so it is quite slow, but that doesn’t cause much of a problem when everything can be resolved with a single bullet.

The rifle can be acquired by completing the side quests for Alistair Tenpenny. If you decide to blow up the London Eye as requested in “A View To Kill”, a messenger will approach randomly afterwards with the follow-up quest “The Sneering Imperialist”. Completing both and siding with Tenpenny will yield The Queen’s Gambit as a reward.
