Since Tribbie already has a base Speed of 96, players should avoid any speed buffs or stats in relics to achieve this. The set will further lower her Speed, organically pulling it below this secondary threshold. This significantly aids in her build optimization, as players will primarily need to focus on HP, ERR, and Crit stats, with Crit DMG taking priority.
