It’s worth pointing out that they were also writers for much better written games like Mass Effect 2, Mass Effect 3, Bioshock Infinite, Dragon Age Inquisition, etc. And Ghost Of Yotei has the same director as Ghost Of Tsushima (Nate Fox) so the vision from the top would still be the same.

If you look at the writers on the first game, they worked on a lot of mediocre stories (e.g. Halo 5 🤢, Thief 2015, Ice Age Village, Watch Dogs Legion, Just Cause 3, Far Cry Primal, etc) where there talent clearly wasn’t being used properly.

Dragon Age: The Veilguard was at one point an online game like Anthem and was changed mid-development which is a part of why it’s so bland and lacks meaningful choices. When EA wasn’t interfering with these projects, the writing was much better. I don’t think it would be a problem under Sucker Punch.
