Quick Links
With the Mariana’s Veil update, Fisch players got five new underwater locations to check out. But unlike Atlantis, these spots are located in a long, deep oceanic trench and will require some searching in order to be found. Abyssal Zenith might be the third trench layer, but it’s definitely the longest one to reach.
The path to this area has lots of barriers and five tunnels, which are guarded by massive anglerfish. If these fish touch the player, they’ll be sent back to the starting point of the tunnels, so completing this area safely is necessary in order to enter the third layer’s pond. Here’s how to unlock Abyssal Zenith and navigate its tunnels to enter it faster.

How To Find Abyssal Zenith Location In Fisch
To unlock Abyssal Zenith in Fisch, you’ll need to complete the submarine ice upgrade and get the Glimmerfin Suit Lv. 2 at Challenger’s Deep. Once that’s done, you can head deeper. If you’re starting from the surface (Roslit Bay), just keep descending straight down into the Mariana’s Veil trench, and you’ll get there eventually—it’ll just take a while.
A faster way is to start from Challenger’s Deep. So, just hop into your submarine, go below the trench, and once the icy blue walls end, you’ll reach the ocean side of the trench. That’s where you need to descend further to enter Abyssal Zenith.
This area is deep, featuring yellow glowing lights on the walls leading to the third layer. Once inside, the cave walls will turn darker, and the plants and lights will shift to black and purple. Just keep heading down, pushing through barriers, and you’ll end up in Abyssal Zenith tunnels where giant anglerfish are waiting.
How To Complete Abyssal Zenith Layer In Fisch
As mentioned above, there are five tunnels at the entrance of Abyssal Zenith, and anglerfish are hanging around in them. To complete the Abyssal Zenith layer in Fisch, you’ll need to pass each tunnel without getting hit by the anglerfish from either side. Here’s where to find all the tunnels:
Tunnels |
Location |
---|---|
One |
From the entrance, turn right (northeast) to find it. |
Two |
Move left (southeast) to spot the second tunnel. |
Three |
Go right (northeast) to see it. |
Four |
From the third tunnel, move right (northeast) again to enter it. |
Five |
From the fourth tunnel, head left (southeast) to spot it. |
Exit |
To safely exit the fifth tunnel, slightly turn right (east). |
Additionally, hereare some tips to keep in mind while navigating this area:
- Keep your submarine low to the floor while diving to avoid crashing into an anglerfish.
- Once inside a tunnel, turn your watercraft horizontal to stay safe from anglerfish at both the front and back.
- Since these creatures move in a straight line and won’t chase you, wait inside each tunnel until they pass and clear your path before moving to the next one.
Once you’re done, move ahead, and you’ll reach Abyssal Zenith Pond, where you can upgrade your watercraft and finish the native bestiary.
