Where to Find the Golden Plaque of Oaths Totem Fragment in Avowed

Players can find the Golden Plaque of Oaths in the Usher’s Hand location east of Paradis City in Avowed. The landmark is located in the Southern Embrace and is a place you’ll pass while looking for the Watcher in An Untimely End quest. You’ll need to venture into the landmark and get the Totem Fragment to progress the Totem of Rightful Rulership quest.

Here’s how to do this.

Reaching the Usher’s Hand Landmark in Dawnshore

Exit the City of Paradis from the eastern gate and continue towards the north. You’ll see a stone pillar structure covered in Adra crystals from afar. Once you arrive at the Usher’s Hand landmark, you’ll be attacked by some ghouls and skeletons. These are some high-level enemies that can be a problem for you if you don’t have decent gear.

So, once you’ve defeated or escaped the enemies in Usher’s Hand, you’ll need to go around the stone pillars and arrive at the right/eastern side. Players will spot a cave at the base of the landmark that they’ll need to head inside.

Getting the Golden Plaque of Oaths inside Usher’s Hand

After entering the cave and following the path inside Usher’s Hand, you’ll arrive in an open area with a pool of water in the middle. Dive into the pool and keep following the underwater path until you surface on the other side.

Exit the pool, and you’ll be able to grab the Golden Plaque of Oaths

Totem Fragment on top of a rock in Usher’s Hand. Now that you’ve gotten this fragment, you can proceed to look for others to complete the Totem of Rightful Rulership in Avowed.
