The stranger bears a strong resemblance to Castor in Citizen Sleeper and hints that they are brothers.

Knowing that it was Hexport posing a danger to his clients that led to its destruction, is it really in the best interest of the public to have their tracks covered? The stranger bears the title ‘A friend you haven’t met’, but considering his employment is this a label that can be trusted?
