PS Plus Monthly Games for March 2025 Wish List

Every month, PS Plus subscribers get a handful of games to add to their libraries, with the PS Plus Essential tier usually offering PS5 and PS4 games, and the PS Plus Extra and Premium tiers’ selection ranging from PS5 titles down to the PS1. Now, with February 2025’s PS Plus selection coming to an end, that means March is just around the corner with a fresh lineup of games.

Several games would make noteworthy additions to PS Plus in March 2025, especially when it comes to current trends and upcoming releases. While subscribers will need to wait until February 26 to see the official PS Plus lineup for March 2025, it’s still worth speculating on which games might be landing on the service.

At the top of the list of titles that should be added to PS Plus in March 2025 is none other than Hogwarts Legacy, and for a good reason. Recently, rumors have begun surfacing that Hogwarts Legacy will be receiving DLC sometime soon, though those rumors have yet to be confirmed. Alongside rumors of Hogwarts Legacy DLC also comes talk about a sequel to the highly successful 2023 title, though that is also unconfirmed at this point. Given the massive success of Hogwarts Legacy over the last couple of years and rumors about DLC and a potential successor, there may not be a better time than March 2025 for Hogwarts Legacy to finally get the PS Plus treatment.

Next up is Assassin’s Creed Mirage, the most recent title in the series to be released, and one that has effectively proven to take the series back to its roots for some classic, nostalgic Assassin’s Creed fun. Like Hogwarts Legacy, Assassin’s Creed Mirage has some relevance in March 2025, as the next game in the series, Assassin’s Creed Shadows, is currently slated for a March 20, 2025 release. As such, it would make sense for Assassin’s Creed Mirage to be added to PS Plus next month, as it would potentially give subscribers a few weeks with the latest title ahead of AC Shadows‘ March 20 launch.

Atomic Heart continues to be a top contender when it comes to noteworthy PS Plus additions, despite its mixed reception upon its launch. However, March 2025 more than ever makes a strong case for Atomic Heart‘s addition to the service, on account of Ken Levine’s Judas, another BioShock-like game, supposedly launching no later than March. Even if Judas isn’t released in March, though, Atomic Heart still deserves some time in the PS Plus catalog, if not simply for its unique setting, stunning visuals, and creative combat.

Something for Every Generation

There are several games that would make great additions to PS Plus in March 2025, especially considering current trends and upcoming releases. These include:

• PS5: Since Tomb Raider 1-3 Remastered has now been out for more than a year, it would make a great addition to PS Plus in March 2025, especially considering how well it was received as a remastered collection.
• PS4: After Metaphor: ReFantazio left such a positive mark on 2024, it would only make sense for Persona 4 Golden to get the PS Plus treatment in March.
• PS3: BioShock Infinite would be a great title for PS Plus in March 2025, as it would potentially pave the way for Ken Levine’s Judas in the process.
• PSP: With Monster Hunter Wilds releasing at the end of February, Monster Hunter Freedom Unite would be a great addition as PS Plus’ PSP game in March 2025.
• PS2: With 2025 likely being Grand Theft Auto 6‘s release year, including one of the PS2’s best games, Grand Theft Auto 3, in March 2025’s PS Plus lineup feels like a no-brainer.
• PS1: For March 2025’s PS Plus PlayStation game, Crash Bandicoot: Warped would be a worthwhile addition, it being one of the best PS1 games ever made.
