Hello Kitty Island Adventure: How To Get Strawberry Crates

Strawberry Crates are little pink boxes that can help you repair cabins in Hello Kitty Island Adventure. Here, you can learn how to get more.

However, no matter how much you try to interact with it, it won’t work. To get it running, complete A Zipline Adventure. Once you finish, you’ll make the zipline operational. If you want to learn all the details, let’s dive in!

How To Unlock A Zipline Adventure Quest

To unlock the Zipline Adventure quest, first ensure you have completed the ‘Power Up The Gate’ quest. You’ll also need to raise your friendship level with Pochacco to level four and complete his previous quest, ‘Gudetama Snap’.

Since you’ll be completing this quest early in the game, an easy way to increase your friendship with Pochacco is by giving him Tofu. Although Tofu is a One Heart Gift, you can easily obtain it by gifting an item to Hello Kitty. Since pineapples are abundant in the Seaside Resort, you can collect them and give them to Hello Kitty to receive Tofu in return.

Pochacco’s favorite gift categories are Trophy, Healthy, and Veggie. However, giving him a Two Heart Gift early on may not be feasible.

The Tofu you get from Hello Kitty can be given to Pochacco, who will then gift you a Strawberry in return. You can then give the Strawberry back to Hello Kitty, creating a loop where they each provide the gifts needed for one another.

Once you reach friendship level four, talk to Pochacco to begin the ‘A Zipline Adventure’ quest. Pochacco will start following you, and your first task is to speak with Chococat. You can find him next to the crafting bench in the eastern part of Seaside Resort. After speaking with Chococat, he will ask you to craft Sparks and provide you with the Sparks Crafting Plans.

How To Craft Sparks

Once you obtain the Sparks Crafting Plans, you can craft Sparks at the Crafting Bench. Each Spark requires three Light Stones. The only way to obtain Light Stones is from Kuromi, who is usually found in Spooky Swamps. Kuromi loves gifts from the Soda, Fall, and Spooky categories. Among One Heart Gifts, Pumpkins are the easiest to obtain early in the game.

You can find plenty of them in the Pumpkin Patch, located south of Visitor Cabin number two in Spooky Swamps, as well as scattered throughout the area.

For every gift you give Kuromi, she will give you two Light Stones in return.

How To Complete A Zipline Adventure Quest

Once you collect three Light Stones, craft a Spark and return to Chococat. After speaking with him, Chococat and Pochacco will move to the zipline location in Seaside Resort.

To reach the zipline, go left from the crafting bench where Chococat usually stands. Climb up above the entrance to the Puzzle Room, and you will find the zipline. Alternatively, you can take the ladder above My Melody’s shop, follow the pebble stone path, and climb the right-side ladder to reach it.

Interact with the switch near the zipline and use your crafted Spark to repair it. Once repaired, the zipline will become operational. After a short zipline ride with Chococat and Pochacco, you will unlock a shortcut to Spooky Swamp. Finally, talk to Pochacco to complete the A Zipline Adventure quest.

All Zipline Locations

Aside from the A Zipline Adventure quest, there are two more ziplines you can repair. The first one connects the area north of the Ghost Tour Ride fast travel point in northwest Spooky Swamp to the southeastern part of Gemstone Mountain. Repairing this zipline will cost you a total of two Sparks.

If you haven’t reached Gemstone Mountain yet, fixing this zipline is a great way to get there.

The other zipline is to the left of the Gemstone Corral fast travel point in Gemstone Mountain. It connects to the zipline at the top of the waterfall west of the Hot Springs fast travel point, which is located in the northeast part of Mount Hothead. Repairing this zipline will cost you three Sparks.
