With the beginning of Fortnite‘s Chapter Six, brand-new mechanics and items have taken over the Battle Royale Island. From the new mechanics emerge Sprite Boons, adorable creatures that can help you significantly if you carry them. To reveal these small creatures through the dense forest points of interest, you’ll need to find Sprite Shrines.
These Sprite Shrines are interactable giant stone structures spread all over the island and are noticeable through their significant and massive lighting. With a huge number of Sprite Shrines available in the game, you should be aware of the shrines nearby. Here are the Shrine locations.
Updated by Allyson Cochran on February 25, 2025: Chapter 6, Season 2 reduced the number of Shrine locations to fit the season’s crime theme. We’ve updated the map and location descriptions to reflect the changes.
Sprite Shrine Locations
Numerous Sprite Shrines are spread all over the map, and finding them is quite easy; look for a light beacon before landing and you can locate the Sprite Shrine in that area. A total of seven Sprite Shrines are available for you to discover, and a handful of them are located near the forest POIs. You can search for them at:
Shrine |
Location |
---|---|
Northeast Mountain Shrine |
Located just on the eastern edge of the mountain where Demon’s Dojo is located. |
Magic Mosses Shrine |
Located in the southwest corner of Magic Mosses. There used to be three Shrines here, and now there is just one. |
Northwest Shrine #1 |
Located in between Magic Mosses and Whiffy Wharf. |
Northwest Shrine #2 |
|
Seaport City Shrine |
Located just north of Seaport City. |
West Lake Shrine |
Located south of Demon’s Dojo near a lake. |
Southwest Shrine |
Located northeast of Shogun’s Solitude. |
How To Use Sprite Shrines
Head toward the Sprite Shrine until you see the interact option; the button varies depending on the platform.
Interact with the Sprite Shrine to use and reveal all the Air and Water Sprites nearby and deliver them to the Sprite Shrine to exchange them for boons; a blessing that gives you a power-up related to the Sprites element.
Additionally, a Sprite can become helpful amidst a battle by throwing it on the ground; all of them have different effects:
Sprite Type |
Details |
---|---|
Water Sprite |
When thrown, the Water Sprite creates a fountain of slurp juice, healing anyone in its radius. |
Air Sprite |
Once thrown, this Sprite creates an air vortex that sends everything flying in its area of effect. |
Since the shrines are easy to locate, land near the Sprite Shrine and you will find two regular chests to protect yourself from incoming enemies.
