Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is full of references to various games, movies, and shows. In your journey across medieval Bohemia, you’ll find a Luffy’s straw hat from One Piece, a corpse with two swords and a pot over its head to resemble Elden Ring’s Let Me Solo Her, and even a dialogue about taking an arrow to the knee, or in this case, the head.

KCD2’s tactile design could work in other settings, too.
Developer Warhorse has clearly decided to fill the game with as many references as it can, and it seems another one has been found, this time for CD Projekt Red’s Cyberpunk 2077. The two games can’t be further apart when it comes to time periods, but it seems our imaginary friend from the dystopian future has come to Bohemia, or maybe an ancestor of his.
Wake Up Peasant, We Have A Castle To Besiege
During the course of their adventure, probably before they attended the wedding, one player came across an NPC with a very familiar name. In Kuttenberg, you can come across Johann Silverfist, whose name is an obvious reference to Keanu Reeves’s Johnny Silverhand from Cyberpunk 2077.
While Silverfist has no intention of blowing up a castle like his future version, he isn’t exactly a prominent NPC, so chances are that you just might miss him. As noted by GameRant, you can meet him in the Kuttenberg Tournament mission as one of the many NPCs you can fight as a part of the repeatable quest.
There’s no denying that being a medieval peasant is in vogue right now, with Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 hitting 2 million copies sold in just 13 days. What’s more, Warhorse Studio had already started turning a profit when one million copies were sold, meaning they are raking in the revenue, which is exactly what they deserve.
Players are enjoying the world and activities so much that they aren’t even proceeding with the first major quest of the game, which is to attend the wedding where Lord von Bergow will be in attendance. So much so, that it has become a meme among the community.
