Every major region in the game has multiple Party Camps spread throughout the map, but players will have to locate them before they become available to use. And while it’s true that the Envoy simply unlocking one Party Camp will grant you access to the most important functions, like upgrading and enchanting weapons, the fact that Party Camps double as bonus fast-travel points is just one reason why players should unlock them all. All Party Camp Locations in Dawnshore – Avowed

There are four Party Camp locations in Dawnshore, Avowed‘s first region after the prologue. To unlock a Party Camp in Avowed, you must get close enough to it on foot to so that it registers as a POI and rewards you a small amount of XP. You do not need to actually interact with the Adra Waystone.
