Where To Find Armored Transports
Fortnite’s Lawless season introduced Armored Transports, which provide an incredible advantage for players looking to get a head start. These transports contain a variety of loot, including Epic and Legendary rarity items, making them a valuable resource for gearing up.
Three Armored Transports spawn during the closing of the second circle, and their locations are randomized in each game. However, most of the time, you can find them in these common areas:
- On the north side of the island, near the Lonewolf Lair location.
- To the west of the island, around Outlaw Oasis.
- To the south, near the Masked Meadows location.
How To Crack Armored Transports
To crack the Armored Transports in Fortnite’s Lawless season, you’ll need Thermite. You can get this by either looting some chests, purchasing from Black Markets, or eliminating the guards around the Armored Transport to acquire it, as they often drop Thermite when eliminated. Once you have the Thermite, locate an Armored Transport and make your way toward it.
Try to get ahead of the transport and take out the driver to stop the vehicle. A good tip is to use a bike so you can shoot while driving.
After eliminating the driver, the guards will exit the transport and start shooting at you, so be prepared to fight. Eliminate all of them, then stick the Thermite to the back door of the Armored Transport.
A progress bar will appear at the top of your screen that will begin filling up as time passes. During this time, you’ll face four waves of spawning guards. Once the progress bar is filled, the door will explode, and a bunch of loot will spill out of the Armored Transport, giving you access to some of the best gear in the game.
