But the real curveball in the Chapter 6, Season 2 update? The Moments feature. If you’re scratching your head wondering what that is, you’re not alone. It’s a fresh addition that’s got players curious, and we’re here to break it down for you.
What Is The Moments Feature?
The Moments feature allows players to enjoy Jam/Lobby Tracks both before and after a match. You can choose which music to play while aboard the Battle Bus and also select a track to accompany the post-match experience.
You can access the Moments feature by navigating to Locker > Music > Moments and pressing X to enable it.
Once you enter the Moments window, you can select a track for your intro music, which plays before the match, and celebration music, which plays after securing a Victory Royale.
Which Jam Tracks Are Included?
You’ll find many of your owned Jam Tracks available for use for Moments. You can choose from any music tracks you’ve collected through events, battle passes, or the Item Shop. Many licensed tracks have also been included in this feature, but not all of them.
The feature does not allow players to choose specific sections of a song to play, as each track comes with pre-selected segments.
The Moments section also includes intro music from every Chapter’s theme, allowing you to relive iconic soundtracks. Additionally, the list of Jam Tracks will continue to expand, as the developers plan to release new tracks in the Item Shop every Thursday.
