The Waikiki photo rally is the first rally you’ll encounter in Like A Dragon: Pirate Yakuza In Hawaii. Though, despite the game forcing you to participate in this rally first, it definitely isn’t the easiest rally, nor will you be able to fully complete this rally upon obtaining it.

8 Hidden Plotlines Everyone Missed In Like A Dragon: Infinite Wealth
If you weren’t looking closely, you might have missed these plotlines in Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth.
You’ll be scootering across a wide swath of Honolulu for this one. While some locations are fairly easy to find, and others will be quite familiar to people who play Infinite Wealth, this version of the Waikiki photo rally also contains a few downright devilish photos to obtain. Lucky for you we’ve gathered some clear and concise directions that will help guide you to your objective with ease!
1. West Waikiki – Alo-Happy Tours
This objective is completely unmissable. In fact, the game won’t let you progress until you take this photo. Snap a photo of the cardboard cutout sitting outside Alo-Happy Tours, and you’ll check this one off your to-do list.
2. West Waikiki – Seaworthy Treasures
“Tropical Window Display”
The objective here is to snap a picture of the pair of mannequins sitting in the Seaworthy Treasures display case. You’ll find this display on the northeast corner of the Worldwide Market Village. This location is east of the Seaside Ave taxi.
3. South Waikiki – Champagne Tower
“Place Where Minato Girls Congregate”
If you follow Aloha St. west, you’ll eventually pass the Minatoku Tokyo display on your left. It is a little north of the Crystal Aloha Resort. If you hit the Aloha Bridge, you’ve gone too far.
4. West Waikiki – Dolphin Statue
“Middle of a Park Square”
This dolphin statue is east of the Worldwide Market Village. Conveniently, the Seaside Ave taxi is just a little west of the statue. So, take that taxi here, and you’ll be able to snap your picture.
5. West Waikiki – Intriguing Building
“Look Up On Aloha Street”
This building is on top of the World Market Mall’s southwest corner. Look up while on Aloha street, while staring at the World Market Mall, and you’ll be able to take your picture. You can actually look up and see this saucer-shaped building from a decent distance away. If the icon doesn’t appear, just walk closer.
6. West Waikiki – Hawaii Plaza
“Shopping Center Entrance”
The thing to keep in mind here is how high up the sign is. It took us an embarrassing amount of time to find this one as we weren’t looking up high enough. The Hawaii Plaza is north of the Vincenti equipment shop.
7. West Waikiki – Pineapple Dog House\
“Streetside Window Display”
The Pineapple doghouse is inside the display on the northwest corner of the Worldwide Market Village. This display case is north of the Crepes For Me restaurant – which is visible on the map.
8. East Waikiki – No Surf No Life
“Traveling With The Chain Hook”
This photo cannot be obtained if you haven’t received the Chain Hook yet. Don’t worry, if you just continue forward with the primary story missions, you’ll obtain the chain hook in no time.
Here it is, the toughest objective of the bunch. Head to No Surf No Life, which is at the intersection of Seaside Ave. and Hula Ave. Once you’ve arrived, look for the shopkeeper. Now, look up and to the right of them, you’ll see a hook you can grapple up to with your chain hook. Once you do so, you will be taken to the roof where you will be able to take a photo of the surfing picture. There’s also a Silver Container up here; consider that a bonus present!
9. East Aloha Beach – Dolphin Statue At Sea
“East Aloha Beach”
This is yet another dolphin statue objective. This one is on Aloha Beach, right where the sand meets the water. You’ll find it directly south of the Crazy Delivery minigame.
10. East Waikiki – Wink Mini Mart
“Shop With A Lovely Wink”
Wink Mini Mart is on the south side of Waikiki St. It is west of Kevin’s Hot Dogs. Thankfully, Wink Mini Mart is marked on your map, which should make finding it much easier.
11. East Waikiki – Water Buffalo Painting
“The Corner Near Julie’s Shop”
As the hint suggests, you’ll find this painting on the corner, west of Julie’s Gearworks Main Store. It is at the intersection between Resort Blvd. and Hula Ave.
12. West Waikiki – Large Tree
“Market Village”
This is the massive tree that’s right next to the Alo-Happy Tours shop in the World Market. You simply need to look up. You can take the Alo-Happy Tours Main Branch (Drop-Off Only) taxi to go directly here.
13. East Aloha Beach – Aloha Beach Statue
“Surfboard Statue on the Sands”
This statue is west of the Swimsuit Changeroom. It is next to the sidewalk on Aloha Street. You will find that you need to be pretty close to it in order for the photo icon to pop up.
14. Little Japan – Big King Pizza
“Street Corner Restaurant Sign”
You’ll find this sign on the corner of Ayame Street and Waikiki Street. It is west of Tony’s Lemonade Stand.
15. South Waikiki – Crystal Aloha Resort
“Famed Hotel Insignia”
When you first arrive in Hawaii, you’ll be just a little south of the resort. So, if you follow the Aloha Beach west, and you’ll eventually hit the Crystal Aloha Resort. You’ll need to take a picture of the insignia beside the entrance, which is on the north side of the building. If you’ve already been here, you can take the Cystal Aloha Resort taxi.
