Pokémon Unite Championship Series 2025 – Aeos Cup kicks off today with 25 teams. The offline event is taking place in London. Starting from today, it will run till the 23rd of February. Pokémon Unite has been running the esports event successfully for a long time and getting great traction in the major leagues.
Pokémon Unite Championship Series 2025 – Aeos Cup: Schedule and Format
The event will last only for three days, featuring 25 participants and a total of $50,000 as the prize pool. However, the drama and action begins on the 21st of February 2025. After going through the competition, the champion will wear the crown on the 23rd of February.
Pokémon Unite Championship Series 2025 – Aeos Cup is taking place in three phases. The initial one is the Group Stage where all the teams will be fighting within groups. There are 6 groups where 5 of them have 4 teams and the Group A has six participants.
Group Stage matches will follow a round-robin system with 6 pools. The top two teams from each pool will qualify for the next stage, making a total of the Top 12. The second stage, Top 12, will feature one bracket and a double elimination system.
The top 2 from this stage will play head-to-head in the Grand Finals. It will take place in a double-elimination system and the winner will become the champion.

Prize Pool
The prize pool of this event is quite big. A total of $50,000 will be disbursed among the top 8 teams based on their position after the end of the event. The highest share, which is $20,000, will be given to the champion team. Apart from making their pocket heavy, the champion will also get a direct slot at the 2025 UNITE World Championship.
