To get the Quantum Enchantment in Fisch, players need to use an Exalted Enchant Relic at the Keeper’s Altar. Unlike normal relics, this one is a super powerful rock that grants higher-level enchantments to your rod. To get it, equip your desired rod, then head to the Statue of Sovereignty, located on the north side of the map (check near Sunstone Island). Then, dock at the area where the Shipwright NPC stands, move upward, and climb the staircase.
Under the Sovereignty Mines, you’ll find another NPC named Cole. Just interact with him to buy a token for 400 in-game currency. Next, get into the elevator, insert the token into the lever, and press the ‘E’ key to teleport to the Keeper’s Altar.
