With Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 being such an undeniably massive game, you can be sure that it’s full of achievements that are incredibly easy to miss. While some of these are relegated to challenges that you can tackle whenever you’d like, others are more underhanded.

Make sure Henry is fully protected with these armor pieces.
For some of these you’ll have to dedicate a whole playthrough to getting them, and you might fail before you’ve even noticed. And for others, you’ll get one chance to get them, and if you miss it, then you’ll have to come back on your next go through.

Old Raven
One Chance To Pass
After finally escaping captivity at Von Bergow’s fortress, Henry and Hans, freshly reunited, will have the chance to scout out Nebakov castle to see if they’re willing to ally with Bergow. Once you’re there, Henry will be given a litany of distractions to keep him busy, and as it turns out, these activities are just that: distractions.
It’s revealed later on that the fortress is under the control of bandits, and the only way you’ll find that out before it’s too late is by snooping in the prison. This is very hard to achieve, especially since you only get one chance to fool the guard into letting you in, and you might not even know that you should be looking there in the first place. But if you do manage to find the imprisoned true ruler of Nebakov, you’ll get the achievement Old Raven.

Silence Is Golden
Zip It!
In video games, it can become second nature to exhaust all of your dialogue options and do what feels correct at that moment, but sometimes you’ll be challenged to withhold information, and Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 has the perfect example of this.
During the tricky torture sequence, while helping out Von Bergow, you might discover that some people in Semine were helping out the bandits that took over Nebakov fortress. If you share this information with Von Bergow, you’ll be sent to essentially take out everyone there, an act that contributes towards a bad ending.
You can choose to sabotage the raid on Semine, but you can also avoid the potential disaster by simply not telling Von Bergow what you know, and in doing so unlocking the Silence Is Golden achievement.

Bohemian Sniper
Bullseye!
In most games, learning how to use ranged weapons isn’t too hard because you’ll be given appropriate tools to make aiming easy, but Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is no such game. Marksmanship is a skill that can be (arduously) improved over time, but even when you have every perk available, it’s still easy to miss if the stars don’t align.

Never lose another game of dice in the game by using these.
That’s why Bohemian Sniper is one of the trickiest achievements to get, especially if your Henry is not well-trained in his Marksmanship. To get this achievement, you’ll need to get a headshot on an enemy from long range, so keep up the target practice if this is a goal you’re aiming for.

No Good Deed
Shadow In The Night
There are plenty of tough stealth challenges in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, and a point of contention for some has been just how many are included in the main story quest. One of the best examples of this is the tough challenge of getting in and out of Maleshov with Hans in one piece.
There are ways of making this easier (for example, siding with the Dry Devil and progressing towards a bad ending), but if you’re taking the honourable route, you’ll have to deal with the litany of guards on the way in and out, without the alarm being raised, bodies being found, or Henry just being noticed. If you manage to pull this off though, you’ll get No Good Deed.

High Noon
Shoot To Kill
Guns are one of the more divisive weapons available in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. While they’re one of the quickest ways to deal massive amounts of damage to an enemy in one go, they’re also incredibly inefficient and hard to aim.
For some, it’ll be hard enough to get one kill with a gun, but an even bigger challenge will be taking out an enemy who is using the same weapon too. There are few enemies that use guns in the game, so managing to kill one while using the same weapon requires plenty of preparation and timing. But if you do, you’ll achieve High Noon.
3
Nimble Fingers
Master Thief
The minigames are an element of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 that you’ll either love or hate, or even both, depending on the minigame in question. One of the harder minigames to get to grips with, especially if you’re using a joystick, is lockpicking.
This can get easier with the right stats raised and perks unlocked, but even then it’s still massively finnicky. If you hate the minigame, you might want to abandon using lockpicks altogether, but if you’re dedicated, you can work towards unlocking the hardest lock in the game, which will net you the Nimble Fingers achievement.
2
Lent
Ye Olde Vegetarian
There are some achievements that simply feel underhanded in just how awkward the requirements for unlocking them feel, and the perfect example of that is Lent. Throughout your massive quest in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, you’ll be tasked with hunting various animals, defeating wolves in battle, and you’ll have to balance that with eating whatever you can to keep Henry’s nutrition up.
However, if you’re looking to get the achievement Lent, you’ll have to complete an entire playthrough without killing or eating any animals. This can be done, since killing animals can be avoided for most story and sidequests (as tempting as it is to punch a chicken to death with one blow), and there are plenty of non-meat food options. But even with all this in mind, it’s very unlikely that you’ll get this achievement without trying.

Been There Done That
(Almost) No Rocks Left Unturned
With how much content there is to do in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, the biggest achievement of them all is to complete a playthrough after having done almost everything the game has to offer. While there are some quests that have mutually exclusive outcomes, and you simply can’t do everything in one linear playthrough, even excluding those circumstances, it’s still a massive task.
The core story of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 will take about 25 hours if you’re focused enough, but doing everything the world has to offer will take well over 100 hours. And even then, that’s excluding all the achievements that will require multiple playthroughs.
