If there’s one thing that Sniper Elite: Resistance isn’t shy about, it’s killing Nazis. That is, in fact, more or less the entire game. Resistance gives you plenty of tools to accomplish this task, and it’s up to you to decide what you want to use and how you want to use it.

Take on Sniper Elite: Resistance’s hardest difficulty with this Authentic loadout.
Resistance is going to keep track of how exactly you’ve accomplished your goals, and it’s going to award you ribbons for reaching milestones. There are ribbons for a ton of different categories of feats, but what we’re going to be looking at here is every ribbon that you can earn for dealing lethal damage to a Nazi.
Every Lethal Ribbon And How To Earn Them
There are nine different lethal ribbons that you can earn in Sniper Elite: Resistance.
Ribbon |
Requirement |
Tactic |
---|---|---|
Pistol Expert |
Use a pistol to kill 20 Nazis. |
If you’re looking to do this stealthily, you can do it slowly throughout the course of an entire mission, with the Welrod being an ideal choice because of the damage and audible range. If you’re looking to do this quickly, you’ll want to bring the Modèle 1935A for the significant firepower. |
Secondary Expert |
Use a secondary weapon to kill 20 Nazis. |
This can be pretty easily achieved with any secondary weapon, provided you’re comfortable with it. But, if you’re looking for a secondary weapon that’s particularly versatile, this can be earned with the Trench Gun at more or less any range inside 200 meters. |
Organ Grinder |
Shoot a Nazi in an organ ten times. |
There are a lot of organs to aim at; almost any kill where you shoot a Nazi in the torso is going to hit an organ. |
Vehicle Vanguard |
You’re usually going to need some equipment for this one. Pressure Mines are the easiest option when you know the route a vehicle is going to take, but this can be accomplished in a myriad of ways, including with Explosive or AP Ammo. |
|
Rapid Rifle |
Use a rifle to kill five Nazis in 60 seconds. |
For this ribbon, you’ll usually need to gain a good sniping position. It’s not enough to just be somewhere high and safe; you’ll need a line of sight on a lot of Nazis, too. Ideally, you’ll be able to see more than five because some Nazis are going to duck for cover. The more targets, the better. |
Blast Boss |
Kill five Nazis with grenades. |
This one is fairly easy to get. Nazis have a difficult time getting out of range of a well-thrown grenade before it detonates, so just make sure that the grenade lands as close to them as possible. Avoid Impact Grenades since these only knock Nazis unconscious. |
Rifle Expert |
Use a rifle to kill 20 Nazis. |
This is likely going to be a ribbon you earn often. Find a good position to snipe, hit your shots, and you’ll earn plenty of them. |
Close Quarters |
Kill ten Nazis with lethal takedowns. |
This ribbon requires a fair bit of stealth, and certain situations are going to make it difficult. You’ll usually want to pick out targets that are isolated from a larger group. |
Head Hunter |
Kill 10 Nazis with headshots. |
This is usually going to be easiest with a rifle or a pistol. SMGs and the Trench Gun can get headshots, but unless you’re using slug rounds for the Trench Gun, it’s going to be difficult to guarantee in many situations. |
