Here’s what every hidden perk does in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2.
Many of the Survival perks work together to slowly increase your bonuses across the board, or can unlock new game mechanics that change your playstyle. Although there ar no bad Survival perks, some are worth grabbing before making your way to level 30.

Bounty Of The Wild
Bounty of the Wild is the first Survival perk you should obtain as soon as it becomes available, as it allows you to harvest many more parts of animals. Not only is this a necessary perk for the Troubadours quest, but the extra meat, offal, and furs are worth plenty of groshcen on their own.
If you want to make the best use of this perk, make sure you focus on hunting boar as they are relatively easy to hunt, and their hides sell for more than most other animals. This can also help you obtain extra alchemy and blacksmithing ingredients such as wolf teeth and deer antler shards, which you otherwise have to purchase.
The Explorer perk in the Scholarship skill will reveal the entire map, including all hunting spots.

Flower Power
Flower Power is a perk that gives you a flat bonus to charisma, but only while you are holding 30 or more herbs in your inventory. This is fairly easy to achieve, especially because it also works with dried ingredients, meaning it will just serve as a permanent bonus as soon as you gather the herbs for the first time.
There are a handful of situations where you are stripped of your gear, and you will lose the bonus, but those quests are meant to be challenging anyway. Just remember to always keep 30 dried herbs in your bag when organizing your private chest or horse inventory or trying to lose weight.
6
Lucky Find
When you first start picking herbs near Bozhena’s hut, you might be frustrated with waiting for an animation every single time and only getting a single herb with each pick. With Lucky Find, you can obtain multiple handfuls of herbs with each animation, making gathering herbs far more efficient.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 – 8 Best Early-Game Side Quests
Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 has some great side quests, but these are the best early on.
This also gathers all the nearby herbs, making you have to watch Henry stop and wiggle his arms far less often. Another quirk of Lucky Find is that you will have a small chance of finding random, small objects such as boar tusks and even expensive jewelry.
You can easily become overweight with this perk so make sure you are near an apothecary before adding hundreds of herbs to your inventory.
5
Heartseeker
More of a Marksmanship perk than a Survival one, Heartseeker makes your bow and crossbow shots do more damage if you aim at your target’s torso. Being the biggest target on your enemy, this perk will make your shots more likely to kill in fewer reloads whether you actively aim for the torso or not.
This is also an essential perk if you are trying to make a stealthy archer build, as it is rather difficult to kill enemies in one shot without it. Make sure you also get Heartseeker II to increase the bonus to 25 percent, which pairs well with heavy crossbows.
4
Leshy
Leshy is a powerful perk on its own, giving you a wide array of bonuses including Stealth, Agility, Vitality, and Stealth buffs. However, this requires you to specifically be in forest areas. This is most useful for most enemy camps, as they are often secluded in forests.
To make this perk one of the best bonuses in the game, combining it with Leshy II and Wild Man will increase these bonuses further while activating anywhere outside established settlements. If you only have three perks in the Survival tree, it should be those three.
3
Master Fletcher
Another perk more suited to Marksmanship than Survival, Master Fletcher changes the mechanics of bolts and arrows by making them fly farther, faster, and straighter. It also enhances the penetration against armor, increasing the damage of your bow attacks.

In practice, this makes your arrows and bolts feel noticeably different, and is almost necessary when competing in certain ranged competitions to get high scores consistently. For hunting, this means you can target deer and boar from much farther away, lowering the chance you’ll spook your target.
2
On The Poacher’s Trail
Requiring Bounty of the Wild to be maximally effective, On the Poacher’s Trail gives you much higher rewards for selling herbs, meat, offal, hides, and trophies from animals. This is an essential perk for making heaps of groschen, as you will have plenty of wolf parts alone just from traveling on the roads.
This also works just from pelts you find in chests, which means you can make more groschen than usual when stealing just by making loot more valuable for you. When combined with Lucky Find, you can just focus on picking dozens of herbs to sell to apothecaries if you don’t want to hunt.
1
Master Cook
By focusing on hunting for even just one in-game day, you can have enough meat to last you for many days. Master Cook makes this even easier by resetting the meat you smoke and cook to full condition, giving you more time to reach campfires or smoking huts.
This is especially important for offal and organs, as these have special bonuses when cooked at campfires, as resetting their condition ensures you get the full effect. This can also make smoking meat more valuable, as even though it doesn’t last as long as dried meat, it has much higher bonuses.
