As with most features within Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, the leveling system feels immersive and reflective of the player’s choices. For example, Henry has certain stats and skills that are leveled up individually, by actually doing those things or by studying skill books. He can also pay some experts to teach him about their respective fields.

Surprisingly, leveling up Alchemy in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 doesn’t take as much time as one would think, if you know what to do.
After being ambushed during the game’s prologue, Henry starts out weak and wounded, and the skills he acquired back home are no match for the people of Trosky and Kuttenberg. However, in time, Henry can regain his prowess and skills, but eventually, players will encounter a max level cap in KCD2.
How To Level Up In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
Henry’s main level, which comes with its own list of unlockable Perks, is leveled up in two primary ways. First of all, upon completing quests, especially those relating to the main story, Henry will gain some experience.
Secondly, as Henry’s Strength, Agility, Vitality, and Speech level up, so will his main level. These are his main stats, and they will also develop naturally, but Henry can train to level them up. For example, by fighting in the practice yard, Henry will gradually increase his Strength, Agility, and Vitality, as well as his Warfare skill, and get better with the specific weapon he’s using.
Remember to always spend your perkpoints after leveling up Henry’s main level or any of his skills.
Simply talking to more characters and having successful outcomes will level up Henry’s Speech, and there are a few skill books to help him become more eloquent too.
What’s The Max Level In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2?
The max level that Henry can currently reach in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, is level 30. This is true for his main level, as well as all his other stats and skills.
Unfortunately, for those trying to min-max and make Henry OP, perks or effects from potions cannot raise any skills or stats above 30.
Players who feel like they are a long way away from level 30, should not fret or feel weak for a number of reasons. Firstly, as the last main level Perks are unlocked at level 16, there isn’t a terribly long wait till players can choose any of the Perks each time they get a perkpoint.
