As part of its collaboration with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 will introduce two limited-time Multiplayer and Zombies game modes: TMNT Moshpit and Cowabunga Cranked. Each mode comes with its own unique ruleset, TMNT-themed abilities and powers, and exclusive content inspired by the popular characters, fully immersing players in the Ninja Turtles universe.

TMNT Moshpit Mode (Black Ops 6 Multiplayer)

TMNT Moshpit lets players dive into Team Deathmatch, Domination, or Hardpoint, where they can harness ninja-level abilities and TMNT-themed Scorestreaks to take down their opponents. While these special Scorestreaks can be earned through the traditional method of accumulating enough score, players can unlock them faster by working together to control objectives.

Here are the effects special Scorestreaks can activate in a TMNT Moshipit match:

  • General Abilities
    • Gain 30 seconds of increased health regeneration, movement speed, and melee range.
    • A HUD indicator will flash when an enemy outside their field of view fires at them, and they will not experience movement slowdown if they are facing the attacker – similar to the effects of the Enforcer and Recon Perk Combat Specialties.
    • Execute Finishing Moves from any direction.
    • Gain the ability to Double Jump and Air Dash for enhanced mobility.
  • Turtle Powers: Activating a TMNT Scorestreak also grants one of several character-specific abilities, which is randomly assigned to players at the start of the match.
    • Splinter: Disappear in a cloud of smoke and teleport to a safe location behind enemy lines.
    • Leonardo: Gain the Tracker, Ghost, Vigilance, and Cold-Blooded Perks, allowing for stealthy navigation across the maps.
    • Donatello: Detect enemy Operators, Equipment, Field Upgrades, and Scorestreaks through walls. Also, hack enemy Equipment and Field Upgrades.
    • Michelangelo: Drop a Pizza Box for teammates. Eating a slice grants Double Damage for a short time and replenishes ammo and Equipment.
    • Raphael: Gain unlimited Shurikens for continuous ranged attacks.

Players who use an Operator from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles store bundles will gain access to that character’s unique Scorestreak.

Cowabunga Cranked (Black Ops 6 Zombies)

Cowabunga Cranked delivers an adrenaline-fueled experience for Zombies players across four maps: Terminus, Liberty Falls, Citadelle des Morts, or The Tomb. In this mode, eliminating an undead enemy triggers the Cranked timer, but failing to do so before the timer runs out results in an explosive death. Players enter with their own loadout, but as the rounds progress, the Cranked timer shortens, leaving them with less time to find and eliminate zombies to stay alive.

To help balance the challenge, the mode includes Pizza power-ups that can drop during gameplay. Additionally, all players are equipped with Donny’s Time Stopper Field Upgrade, which pauses the Cranked timer for a full minute.

Here’s a breakdown of all the power-ups and their effects:

  • Turtle Power: Grants a temporary health boost and equips the player with Pack-A-Punch 3 Legendary Melee Weapons.
  • Pizza Box: Fully refills the Cranked timer.
  • Slice-O-Pie: Partially refills the Cranked timer.

Those using a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Operator will gain 50% reduced damage from behind, while the Splinter Operator will have a slightly increased chance for a Slice-O-Pie to drop from eliminated zombies.

Main Quests for all BO6 Zombies maps will be active in Cowabunga Cranked, each offering a TMNT-themed Calling Card reward upon completion.
