Beck reveals that the truck that hit Richard’s car belonged to the people he had done business with. Moreover, they couldn’t find anyone matching the description Reacher gave of the truck driver, which makes Beck believe that either the truck was stolen or Reacher was lying.

Meanwhile, Reacher explains to Beck that kidnapping Richard was a sloppy move by the people who he had done business with, and wanted to send some kind of message to the owner of Bizarre Bazaar. With those comments, Reacher creates doubt in Beck’s mind and continues to tell how those people will strike again, wanting to extract more from Beck about the business.

Reacher Season 3 is a darker and grittier return to the series as the character finds himself fighting one of the most personal and gruesome battles.

However, Beck doesn’t tell him anything and tells him to take care of his job as the protector of his son. Elsewhere, Neagley got the information that Reacher needed and got to know that Paulie, Duke, and the informant had some prior experience as a law enforcement officer. On the other hand, viewers finally got to know the reality about Francis Quinn. He is someone that Reacher thought he killed in the past. Unfortunately, he survived and is back.

Reacher is moving ahead with the plan, but now, he believes they need something different because Beck has already assumed that Reacher might be lying. As a result, he meets Susan Duffy and talks to her about how they need to change their plans. When Duffy asks about Francis Quinn’s involvement in all of this and why he is so important to the former Army major, Reacher reveals that he did something diabolical to one of his friends, Sergeant First Class Dominique Kohl. He doesn’t move forward with the story as he and Duffy reach the Bizarre Bazaar warehouse to meet Angel Doll.

To Duffy’s surprise, the informant that Reacher killed was named Angel Doll. They continued their work and searched the warehouse to find any clues about Teresa Daniels. Sadly, they don’t find anything related to her, but they do find a massive container to hide Angel Doll’s body. They head back to the warehouse’s office space and try to remove blood stains. But two of the people working with Beck get there and see blood on the floor, prompting Reacher and Duffy to attack and neutralize them. After doing so, Reacher heads back to Beck’s house and sleeps.

Richard tells scintillating truth about his father and who’s controlling the business

In the morning, he gets up and sees Beck getting agitated because two drivers who were responsible for taking in the consignment didn’t show up. Without any guesses, the two people that Reacher killed at night were the drivers who were given the task of the consignment. Reacher tells Zachary that he can do the work, but Zachary tells him to take care of his son and take him to the city because he wants to go shopping.

While shopping, Reacher learns that Richard wanted to buy a special present for his father on the occasion of his birthday. On the other hand, the undercover agent also gets to know about Beck’s boss, Julius McCabe. Reacher calls Duffy and tells her about Beck being just a puppet, and asks her to search about McCabe. Plus, he asks Duffy to search for Angel Doll’s laptop to know more about the next delivery. Meanwhile, during the shopping, Reacher saves Richard from bullies, which makes him realize that Reacher can be trusted wholeheartedly. He tells Reacher that McCabe owns everything, even their lives, and doesn’t let him go further from this place so that McCabe can keep his eye on him and his father.

Moreover, McCabe was the one who initially tried kidnapping Richard and cutting his ear. Consequently, Richard tells Reacher that his dad used to sell rugs initially, but once McCabe joined, he took over the entire process and became bigger than the system itself. On the other hand, Duffy finally got a photo of McCabe and his identity might shock everyone.

Has Reacher finally become Beck’s #2?

Reacher reaches Beck’s home with Richard and finds out that the guys who tried kidnapping Richard were inside a house that was not far away. So, he, Beck, and Duke reach that house to eliminate the threat. As soon as they reach the place, Reacher makes a plan with Duke to enter the house first, but Duke wants to go first, and Reacher doesn’t fight him. They enter the house and search for the men, but Reacher points the gun at Duke’s head and asks for Teresa’s whereabouts. Duke doesn’t tell him anything and thinks that Reacher won’t pull the trigger, but he does.

Reacher kills Duke point-blank and then fires a lot of bullets to make Beck believe that there was a confrontation between them and the bad guys. The former Army major injures himself before blowing up the house and reaching Beck, telling him that Duke didn’t survive. He showed him a gun that Beck got to know belonged to Angel Doll because he gave it to him. The episode ends with Beck naming Reacher the new head of security.

The third episode of Reacher Season 3 has ended on a promising note and the former marine has finally infiltrated Beck’s close circle. It would be fascinating to see how Reacher moves ahead and continues with his plans.
