To obtain this cosmetic item, players should simply make their way to the Bluebird Gallery and purchase it from the vendor at its entrance. For full clarity, the Bluebird Gallery is in Honolulu’s Cultural District, near the southwest corner of the map, and its precise position has been marked on the following maps.
