Before heading into the massive medieval world of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, players should familiarize themselves with some of its unwritten rules.
As positive reactions to the base game continue to pile up, some players are already looking towards the future, trying to determine just what secrets Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2‘s DLC might hold. Even before the game was released, a Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 roadmap revealed three separate DLC packs planned for release before the end of 2025. Recently, the second of the packs, titled Legacy of the Forge and planned for release this fall, has been a topic of debate, as players scour the map trying to determine just where the titular forge will go. The official description of the DLC indicates that main character Henry will take up his adoptive father’s blacksmith trade, and many fans on Reddit believe the location of that task will be at his father’s old forge, which in-game dialogue states is supposed to be in the Jewish Quarter of Kuttenberg.
Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 Fans Sleuth Out Blacksmith Forge Location
Both games in the series have attempted to show a realistic view of what life was like in early 15th century Bohemia, and the development team at Warhorse Studios has tried to depict the real-life locations in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 as accurately as possible while still telling a realistic fiction story. Historically a prosperous silver mining town that was occupied by Hungary during the game’s 1403 setting, Kuttenberg serves as a major location in the game, in part because it was actually visited by King Sigismund of Hungary during the game’s timeframe, allowing for a lot more historical celebrity appearances than in the original Kingdom Come: Deliverance.
While fans certainly seem to be enjoying the setting, one of the few gripes they have is the number of inaccessible areas in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2‘s Kuttenberg. While parts of the town may be reserved for additional content coming later, fans have noticed a surprising lack of church interiors after so much action took place inside churches in the first game. This too could be tied to later DLC, as the third planned pack, Mysteria Ecclesia, will have Henry seeking mysteries in Sedlec Monastery.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance II is an exhilarating Action RPG, set amidst the chaos of a civil war in 15th Century Bohemia.
