In a time before cat videos went viral, Swann loves the idea of watching her cat all afternoon doing cat things. You can capture these mundane and adorable moments with the camcorder. Here’s everything you need to know to make the perfect meowmoir of your furry friend before moving to Vancouver at the end of summer in Lost Records: Bloom & Rage.

The only time you can film Swann’s cat is during the chapters where you visit her bedroom. While the room stays mostly the same, there are several instances where the cat will move around or be interacted with for the story progression.

There are three chapters where you visit Swann’s room, and you can replay these scenes if you miss a shot!

Each of these chapters presents unique opportunities to capture your furry friend. Below are all the different parts you can film to make the purrfect meowmoir for your beloved Fluffbutt before leaving Velvet Cove at the end of summer:

3	Cat on chest	Take a video of the cat sleeping on the chest by the window.
14	Cat treats	Film the cat treat can on the floor by the door.
14	Cat eating treats	Film your cat eating the treats when you use them.
14	Cat sleeping on floor	After filling up on treats, your cat will curl up by the TV.
19	Cat on desk	Before you tape up the box to move, film the cat sleeping on Swann’s desk.
3, 14, 19	Cat toys	Film any of the cat toys, like the mouse, on the floor.
3, 14, 19	Scratches	Film any of the spots where the cat has left claw marks, including the door and dresser.
