Aside from stealing trinkets in someone’s house, you can also try and steal something that’s more valuable, such as a horse. Where To Find The Nomad’s Camp In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
If you want to keep or sell a stolen horse, you’ll need to take them to the Nomad’s Camp. This camp can be found by starting at Semine and traveling along the main roads leading off to the west then curving north. The many paths will converge into one and head into the forest, and eventually, a smaller path will break off the the right, with the main road continuing to the left. Continue to the right and you’ll start to see the tents and the people, along with unlocking the fast travel point to come back here easily.

How To Keep Or Sell Stolen Horses In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
No matter what you plan on doing with it, stealing a horse can be tricky since getting spotted will have your victims remember you even if you can outrun them on the horse. Stolen horses ride just like any other low-affinity horse, and can easily be ridden back to the Nomad’s Camp. As you enter the camp, you’ll see a lot of horses near the entrance, and as long as it’s during the day, you’ll find Horse Handler Mikolai.
Approach him either while riding the horse or dismount it very close by. While talking to him, select the dialogue option about the “Horse Black Market”. The following two dialogue options will decide what you do with the stolen horse.
- Sell – Sell the horse for a price based on its stats. (You can also haggle)
- Acquire – Keep the horse, selling your current one to Mikolai to get a discount on the price which is determined by the stats of the horse. (You can also haggle)
No matter which option you choose, there is no risk in using Mikolai’s services, and the only real threat is getting caught with the horse outside the camp.
Usually, named horses will sell for a lot more than basic horses.
