With every new season, Fortnite POIs are added to the game. The map is virtually always changing going into a new season, and that will be the case again in Chapter 2 Season 6. The map is altered to fit the theme, although there are always some leftovers from previous seasons.

For example, the Mount Olympus and Underworld POIs were added for the Greek mythology season in Chapter 5. They stuck around, though. Ahead of the new season, a new trailer and some leaks have revealed three upcoming points of interest. Here’s what the map could include next season.

Fortnite POIs Revealed After Trailer

The Fortnite trailer yesterday revealed a lot, including several items for the loot pool and characters. It also confirmed the arrival of some POIs. One such POI is called Baron’s Mansion according to leaker ShiinaBR . This location will replace Lost Lake, so it will be found in the upper left corner of the island. It will be surrounded by Flooded Frogs, Magic Moss, and Whiffy Wharfs.

Another point of interest is called Gold Mine per the leaker. We don’t yet know where this one’s going to go on the map, but we do know that it’s going to have vaults and be underground like mines. It appears to also have rails to traverse it quickly.

The main theme of this season is lawlessness, and the season has been teasing Crime City. This location is the central spot of Chapter 6 Season 2, and it’s going to replace Warrior’s Watch. That puts it in the bottom left quadrant and near Burd, Canyon Crossing, and Foxy Floodgate. All of those locations may or may not survive the map change, However, replacing more than three POIs in a non-chapter change would be a bit of a surprise.

Baron’s Mansion and Gold Mine were revealed in the trailer, so they’re confirmed. The information about Crime City predates the official reveal of the new season, but Crime City was already confirmed as a location by Epic Games anyway.
