How Season Three Will Be A Turning Point For Jujutsu Kaisen
More Action And More Deaths
Before we move on to what season three of Jujutsu Kaisen has in store for us, let’s have a little recap. The second season gave us an ultimate showdown between Gojo and several curses. Other than that, we also witnessed Toji and Megumi engage in an intense battle. We get a blast from the past and the reason why Gojo and Geto, two beloved best friends, turned against each other.
The major arc that season two covered was the Shibuya incident arc, where Gojo engages in an intense fight with curses like Choso, Jogo, and Hanami. In a strange turn of events, we also see Choso joining hands with Yuji, who he now claims to be his brother. We also witnessed some heartbreaking deaths, including the brutal killing of Nanami by Mahito. One member of the main trio, Nobara, is also out of the scene as she is severely injured by Mahito.
Whether she is alive or not is a major mystery. One of the most important scenes in season two was Megumi summoning Mahoraga, which was no less than a suicide. However, Megumi ends up being saved by Sukuna, which gives us a hint that Megumi might be important to Sukuna and his future plans.

How The Culling Game Arc Can Redefine Jujutsu Kaisen
The most anticipated arc in Jujutsu Kaisen is definitely the Culling Game arc. There will be a lot of new characters introduced, and it will be quite exciting to see how they play a role in this ultimate battle. While it’s possible that the whole Culling Game arc might not be adapted in a single season as it’s quite extensive, it will certainly be worth looking forward to.
Kenjaku will play a major role in this arc because he hosts the Culling Games. It would be quite entertaining to watch how the battles unfold between characters, new and old. Both Yuji and Megumi will have to face dangers that are far worse than the ones they witnessed in the Shibuya incident arc, making Culling Games extremely deadly. While the anime does get darker from here on, it’s certainly a good thing because of the element of curiosity it gives, as anyone, even the main protagonist, can die.
The Culling Game arc will not only make Jujutsu Kaisen one of the darkest shonen anime of all time but also make it one of the best ones ever.
