Whether you’ve just defeated Arkveld for the first time or are still struggling to battle your way past the iconic addition to Monster Hunter Wilds, this new Secretlab x Monster Hunter Wilds gaming chair is surely the perfect way to celebrate your victory or help you face your foe.
Our Titan Evo review revealed this to be the single best gaming chair around thanks to its superb build quality, comfort, and versatility. Already available in a wide range of colors, patterns, and finishes – including other Monster Hunter Wilds versions – Secretlab has now added an Arkveld-themed model to its lineup.
As well as paying tribute to the whip-wielding beast with stunning embroidered designs on the front and back of the seat, the new design is particularly appealing as it combines a muted set of colors that aren’t so likely to clash with the rest of your setup. That’s in contrast to several existing designs, such as the bright red and blue Dragonball Z version or the bright yellow and black Cyberpunk 2077 chair.
What’s more, the chair includes “velvety-soft microsuede accents” in addition to the faux leather finish that covers the rest of the chair.
As for the chair itself, it’s packed with features including both recline and tilt functions, 3D armrests with swappable padded tops, integrated adjustable lumbar support, and a magnetic head rest. You can even fit it with a Secretlab Ergonomic Recliner Add-On to support your legs when sitting back.
You can also accessorize your new purchase with one of two Monster Hunter Wilds lumbar support cushions, available via this link. One is themed around Fatalis and the other around Palico.
The less positive aspect of this chair is its price. With an MSRP of $594, the Titan Evo is a premium chair, though you at least aren’t paying more for the Monster Hunter Wilds styling. Plus, as we explored in our review of the chair, the quality of these seats does justify their price.
