The only downside is that you only receive a picture as a hint for the location, and nothing more.
Ancient Arrowhead Treasure Map Location
After you reach the Galawain’s Tusks region, which is the fourth area accessible through the main story progression of the game, you’ll be able to acquire the Ancient Arrowhead treasure map almost immediately upon entering the region.
From your starting location, head slightly north, then south, where you’ll find a location called Writhing Ruins. Before you enter, look to your left to spot a ledge you can climb up. Move forward toward the arch entrance and take a jump to the right side.
Next, make the second jump to the left, followed by another jump to the right. You will see that the path ahead is blocked by some spines, which you need to clear with fire.
You can use a Fire spell, Kai’s Firestarter ability, or Magran’s Fury to accomplish this.

Here, you’ll spot a wooden house near the road, along with the Solace Keep building on your right. If you look to the right of it, you’ll find a rocky ledge that you can walk behind, where you will discover a locked chest.
To unlock it, you’ll need three lockpicks. Inside the chest is the Ancient Arrowhead Treasure, which contains the Scout’s Reach, along with some superb upgrade materials.
