Healing yourself is actually a bit tricky in Roblox Dead Rails, and you might find the damage you take from zombies start to get a bit annoying – how do you even heal it? That’s where Snake Oil comes in, which acts as a medical kit in the game.

Here’s how to open the bank with the safe code in Roblox Dead Rails.
Just like the other items in Dead Rails, you’ll need to jump onto the train and start exploring before you can find the item. There are multiple buildings along your route that can house items, and this includes the Doctor.
Find The Doctor Building!
As you explore in Dead Rails, you’ll come across multiple buildings – such as the Sheriff’s, which might have a bank inside, or the Doctor’s office, which might have Snake Oil for sale inside. Snake Oil costs $35.
Alternatively, you can just buy the Snake Oil from the starting town. However, this costs $35, which is about half your starting cash. You’ll need to purchase coal as well to make the train run, so this means you’ll have to join up with some other players and plan out your resources.
Once you leave the starting town, the only buildings you encounter will be in other towns, but these will be infested with zombies. There is no other way to heal in the game once you are damaged, other than slowly heal over time.
Dead Rails is still in Alpha, and the combat is quite buggy. Sometimes you will hit a zombie on the floor and it will still attack you. Even with lots of Snake Oil, staying alive is very difficult.
You can revive dead players with bandages – these are also purchased in the Doctor’s Office.
