  • 1x St. John’s Wort
  • 1x Charcoal

  • 1x Belladona

Steps to Crafting Fox Potion

  1. Grind the St. John’s Wort and the Nettle, then add them to the cauldron.
  2. Boil at a regular temperature for two turns.
  3. Grind the Charcoal and add it to the cauldron.

  5. Pick a vial and pour.

To make the most out of all the reading material in the game, it is highly recommended that players have mastered the art of potion crafting and can craft at least the Strong Fox Potion before they sit to read any of the books in the game. That way, they can gain the maximum Scholarship experience.

Finally, it is also important to mention that the Reading Speed bonus that the Fox Potion grants stacks with the bonuses from being sitting in Henry’s bed — and from having Leminger’s Spectacles or Regular Spectacles equipped, reaching a whopping 150% reading speed. That makes reading a full book in two hours possible, and it saves lots of time, trouble, and resources (food/energy).
