The trophies and achievements are split into two parts, based on the two halves of the game. Tape 1: Bloom has a total of 30 to collect, while Tape 2 appears to have 19 listed.

Missable Achievements And Trophies

Unlike the story-related achivements and trophies, these can be missed. You’ll likely have to backtrack to find them all. Thankfully, you can replay scenes in Collectible Mode as many times as you’d like to pick up these achievements and trophies without compromising your save file.
You can also start a new game or switch save files, but it’s not neccessary

In chapter 5, climb onto the roof of the Movie Palace and look over the edge to imitate Dylan and Corey or Nora and Autumn.
Memory Repair
Replaced footage in a memoir.
Open the camcorder to edit a Memoir, then swap out footage with newly recorded clips.

Examined the alarm clock at 10:10am.
In Swann’s room, watch the bedroom clock until it hits 10:10am.
Lights Out
Turned off the power when using the bar’s breaker panel.
Turn all the lights red in the breaker panel in Chapter 24.
MOO!
Made the moo box moo.
In Nora’s garage, pick up the moo box, turn it over until you hear the contents move, then set it rightside up.
Chekhov’s Gun
Peeked into Autumn’s stuff.
At the end of Chapter 3, walk over to the last table at the end of the Blue Spruce and zoom in on Autumn’s bag with the mysterious package.
Patient Zero
Ate a dirty peanut.
During Chapter 8, interact with the peanuts on the counter twice.
Critical Roll
Rolled a natural 20.
On the roof of the Movie Palace, pick up the yellow D20 and roll it until you get a 20.
Jusant
Completed a cairn.
In Chapter 10, head past the ranch and take a left down to the pond from Chapter 3. Interact with the cairn, pick up the shell, and place it on top of the rocks.
