For new players, upgrading the cards in your Clash Royale deck can be a daunting task. Not only do you have to save up enough gold, but you also need to collect enough of each card to access the upgrade. As you keep playing, you’ll naturally climb up the Trophy Road, unlocking newer arenas while you progress. But if your deck doesn’t keep up with the levels, you’ll have a hard time securing wins later on in the game.
Arena 15, Miner’s Mine, is unlocked as players reach 5000 trophies. While it might seem like a decent number, in reality, you’re still not likely to have unlocked a champion at this point. And building a deck that can actually take on players who don’t shy away from splurging to max out their decks can get tricky. For those struggling, here are some of the best Arena 15 decks that you could use with the cards you’re most likely to have unlocked so far in Clash Royale.

The Classic Splashyard is one of the easiest decks to build in Clash Royale, since it doesn’t use any champion cards and also doesn’t rely on evolution cards all that much. Despite that, it’s an extremely effective deck archetype that can easily dominate if you know how to play it. You’ll need to have a clear idea of when to go in and when to buckle down for defense.
This deck uses two legendaries, Ice Wizard and Graveyard, and both of them are necessary pieces in order for this deck to work. Graveyard serves as your primary win condition, while the Ice Wizard leads your defensive line. Other than that, you’ve got three mini-tanks to help tank the tower hits for your Graveyard: Prince, Barbarian Barrel, and Baby Dragon.
This is a counterpush-focused deck, which means that you’ll first want to defend a push before you go in with the Graveyard. The Poison spell gives you good value on offense, since it also does decent tower damage. Use Tornado properly to make your splash troops hit multiple targets at the same time. Bomb Tower is your primary defensive building and provides an additional source of splash damage in this deck.

Lumberloon Bowler Freeze is an easy-to-play cycle deck for beginners that can help you get out of mid-ladder once you master it. The deck uses the age-old combo of Balloon, Lumberjack, and Freeze to take out the enemy tower. If you’re going up against a deck with minimal air defense, it’s pretty much impossible to lose with this deck.

Clash Royale players can earn plenty of free gems by completing simple tasks in the game. Here’s how you can get them.
However, against defensive buildings, it can be hard to break through with your Balloon. In those matchups, you’ll want to focus more on defense and try to create a counterpush after your opponent overspends on the attack. Alternatively, you can apply opposite lane pressure if you’re up against beatdown decks that rely on building up a slow push behind the king tower.
It’s a relatively heavy deck, boasting an average 4.0 elixir cost. So, you’ll want to be careful when deploying troops. Over-committing on a push isn’t a good idea since you won’t have enough elixir to support your Balloon. Sometimes, it’s okay to take a bit of damage on your towers if it allows you to build up a strong attack.

Although the Giant Miner Cannon Cart won’t get you to Ultimate Champion in Clash Royale, it’s still an excellent deck for players competing in Arena 15. It’s easy to build, has simple mechanics, and features plenty of offense and defense to tackle most mid-ladder menace decks that you’ll face in this bracket.
Giant is one of the best beatdown win conditions in Arena 15. Since you unlock it early in the game, you can upgrade it to a decent level by the time you reach the arena. Pair it with a Night Witch and a Cannon Cart, and you’ve got a pretty scary push that your enemies will struggle to defend against.
Electro Wizard comes in handy if your opponent has Inferno Tower, Mighty Miner, or the Inferno Dragon to melt your Giant’s HP. The miner can deal decent chip damage and also serve as a mini-tank when you need it. Goblins serve as your primary DPS troop on defense. As for your spells, you’ve got the combo of Zap and Fireball to help take out troops like the Musketeer or Witch or deal direct damage to the enemy tower.

Arena 15 can be a challenging arena to climb out of because of all the Mega Knights, Electro Giants, and over-leveled players. While it can get frustrating, once you learn to master your decks, you’ll start to win a lot more consistently. Feel free to try out these decks in your Clash Royale games and add your own twists to them if needed.
