Where To Find Marigold In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2

The easiest and most plentiful place to farm Marigold

is the Apothecary’s Herb Garden in the starting town, Troskowitz. While this garden is labeled as being the Apothecary’s, there is nothing wrong with you picking the herbs yourself. Right outside the herb garden on your way to the nearby Alchemy Bench you can use will also use another large batch of Marigolds that can easily be farmed with no one having a claim over them.

You can also find a few batches of Marigold on the opposite side of the main road from the blacksmith in Tachov, though farming them in Troskowitz is by far the best option. Marigold is usually found in towns or just off of main roads, so you won’t need to travel far off the beaten path to find them.

Where To Buy Marigold In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2

Marigold is a common herb that can easily be purchased at any Apothecary you come across. Some early-game places you can buy it are:

  • Apothecary Emmerich – Troskowitz
  • Herbalist Barnaby – North of Trosky Castle

No matter where you choose to go to get Marigold, it’s always a useful option to dry it to get Dried Marigold

. While this will limit the overall quality of the resulting potions you brew, dried herbs won’t go bad by sitting in your inventory. You can dry herbs anytime instantly at a drying rack, which is found in just about any town in the game. That being said, it will often be best to farm some Marigold out in the world before immediately going to an Alchemy Bench and brewing the potion you want.
