The package can be sold for a high amount of money online, making this a surprising discovery. The post became quite popular, achieving over 9,200 upvotes and receiving several comments from gamers who had opinions on what to do with the rare booster card package. While opinions varied, most gamers agreed that the OP should not open the package but instead either keep it on their shelf or sell it online.

Incredible Discovery Made By Pokemon Fan’s Mom

This is far from the only case of a fan discovering Pokemon TCG cards being forgotten recently. A few weeks ago, for example, another fan acquired 36 rare Pokemon TCG boosters in a garage sale. The fan revealed that they paid only $40 for the full package, despite it being worth thousands of dollars, as it included collections such as Hidden Legends, Legend Maker, Jungle Booster, and others.

Despite being somewhat rare occasions, stories of gamers finding valuable card booster packages at low prices happen sometimes. On another occasion, for example, a fan found a crate filled with Pokemon TCG cards at a yard sale for only $5.

Another example of a similar story could be seen when a Pokemon TCG player spent only $50 on a reverse holo Dark Blastoise #4. The card alone could be sold for up to $3,200 on eBay, making this a rather incredible find. It remains to be seen what will be the next rare find of forgotten Pokemon TCG booster packs in the community.
